The best thing about Club Pilates Anaheim Hills are the friendly staff. Shoot outs to Katie, Salma, Jodi, Raven, Karen, Spencer, Ila, Rachel and the amazing store manager, Sam. They were super accommodating, the facility is clean, and I made many friends while I was going there. Everyone was very encouraging of everyone's strengths and abilities. Which I loved! The downside to this place is that it's small (12 reformers) and there are a lot of members. So, there were a few times where I didn't make it into the class and time slot that I wanted. In addition to that was if an instructor had to call off for whatever reason and if they couldn't find anyone to sub, they had to cancel the class. Which happened to me a handful of times. But, I felt like I did get into a class 97% of the time. Overall, the friendly people there was what got me coming back. read more

If you've been wanting to try reformer Pilates you should. This place is great. My core really feels stronger. I used to lift weights at the gym but this has helped strengthen my core most. Club Pilates Anaheim Hills, CA. I regret being a part of this studio. After I was diagnosed with a medical condition, related to my workout, the manager of the studio, Sam, sent me an email and spoke to me on the phone that I can freeze my account as long as I need. Without warning they charged my account. Even with a doctors note confirming my condition under doctors care they would not reverse the charges. When I presented evidence in a note written by the manager agreeing to freeze my account for as long as I needed, they refused to reverse the charges after four months. I believe there are better studios that treat their members with respect. Be careful that if you have an issue with Club Pilates in Anaheim Hills that even when you have proof in writing FROM THEM they will still wrongfully charge you. I would not recommend them. read more

I deeply regret signing up with Club Pilates. After I requested to cancel my membership, they still charged me and sent an email confirming the charge. I disputed the transaction with my bank, only to receive a threatening message that they would send the matter to collections. This experience felt like a scam. I just received an email that they in fact did report this to collections. I am so furious! Additionally, their policies are inflexible--if you're sick or can't make a class, you still get charged and lose your money. There are far better Pilates studios out there that charge less, offer more, and treat their members with respect. Beware before signing up with Club Pilates. If you ever have an emergency or want to cancel, expect major issues and frustration. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I wish I could give them 0 stars. read more

Ask to see the contract before you sign! I read some reviews from other club pilates store and I found this happened so many times. The membership is very tricky! When I first joined, I was only told that it's a three month commitment class package. After 3 months, my credit card was charged again without any notice. I called and I was told all agreements are auto renew and a 30 days notice is required before the cancellation. So I can't get the refund. It's awful to do business like this. I finished my commitment and I just don't want to renew. I didn't cancel anything. How come I need to provide a cancellation notice?! Why not send your customer a 30 day notice before their renew?! It's ok to set up these unfair policy but it's better to explain everything before customer joined and signed. Anyway most of the instructors are good. But the classes are always full. Unless you book far ahead, you won't able to make an appointment as you want. read more

I love this studio! I work full time and a busy mom of 2 toddlers for the past 4 years. So getting back into a workout routine was terrifying and exciting! After 60 days I saw amazing results! Was booked in an intro class with zero effort. Signed a 3 month commitment and was never able to get into a class ad they were all overbooked in advance. At the end of my three months i cancelled and was informed that i had to cancel my three month commitment at 60 days so they got an extra month out of me. Then they just kept charging me. So really cancelling is a moot point. It's all about overbooking and a money grab so unless you have all day to sit on the app and look for an opening in a class it's a waste of money. read more

This is by far the worst experience I have ever received from a studio. I signed up for 4 single classes (not a membership) and only attended 1. I was on the waitlist for the remaining 3 (and/or cancelled within the cancellation policy). I expected to receive a full refund for the classes I did not attend, as any studio would provide. I have called and emailed several times, with no resolution or follow up. The employees over the phone are clearly trained to provide an automated response regarding this matter, as it seems like this happens often. What type of management does not respond to customer inquiries? They are not obliging by their outlined cancellation/refund policy online and I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau. I strongly urge anyone who has the same issue to do the same. There is clearly fraudulent activity occurring with this studio and it's financial practices. read more

I absolutely adore this studio and all of the people there. Always so clean and welcoming. All the instructors, the manager Samantha, and all the amazing people I have met through taking classes have been a blessing in my life. It was hard for me to take the leap into Pilates being a basically broke college student, but the investment is paying off times 10! I was skeptical if joining would be worth it for me, since I already work out daily on my own, but I didn't realize how revitalizing, strengthening and challenging (in the best way) Pilates is!
