I have only done lagaree once before and it was Years ago with YELP so safe to say I am a newbie and clueless in form. Lauren was nice enough but it was a standard class so I felt I had to ask a lot of questions and get clarification. I did ask her after why there are no beginner or intro classes as it would definitely be more beneficial for attendees and instructors. Oh well, not an option. I did like it enough so bought 3 classes for $65. Did not authorize any other charges and had no idea they kept my card on file. I booked a class and life happened and I couldn't show. I just thought, oh lost the class, oh well, but nope got charged a $20 no show fee as well. The only thing that was explained at purchase was the classes would expire in 30 days no otherwise information about no show or late fee. Anyways never attended the 3 classes I bought either, wamp wamp.

They are all great at explaining each exercise clearly and working with you on your form if you need to make corrections. Each of these instructors have challenged me and made me feel welcome at the studio. I also liked that the studio owners weren't too pushy when trying to sell their memberships as I've been to other studios that were way too aggressive. One con about this location is that the parking lot is pretty small and you may not always get parking directly in front of the studio however, there is nearby street parking. The studio itself is really nice and clean. Although it is on the small side, it doesn't feel cramped. There are cubicles for your belongings and water. I started coming here to train for a big summit hike and all I can say is I LOVE Trim and LOVE this location. The classes have made me fall in love again with moving my body and all the instructors are incredible. Every single one. Each workout happens inside an infrared sauna room, which definitely makes you sweat in the best way possible. The workouts are video guided and pre recorded, but they rotate instructors and routines so it doesn't feel repetitive. Each sauna room can fit up to 3 people, but I got lucky and had the room to myself today which made the experience even better. They also have a really nice gym setup with weights and equipment so you can mix in strength training before or after your session. Big shoutout to Kit, the owner, for being so welcoming and thorough in explaining how everything works. You can tell they really want people to feel comfortable and get the most out of the experience. Definitely a unique fitness concept and there's a very good chance I'll be signing up.
