I joined Club Pilates in Bowling Green as soon as they opened. I had never done Pilates before this. Now I see what I've been missing. I absolutely love everything about this studio! The classes are challenging and attainable at the same time. They are leveled as well so you can move up to the next level if you want more of a challenge. The well educated instructors provide adaptive movements when needed because of ability or injuries. This is important to me since I had a spinal fusion a couple years ago and have limited movement in that area. Using the reformer is my favorite but I've come to appreciate all the equipment, even that little Pilates ball The classes are actually very enjoyable. There are many types of classes to choose from, including cardio and my favorite the Reformer Flow class. It did not take long for me to notice a difference in my entire body. I have more flexibility, balance and all over strength especially core strength! It is a great place to get your body in shape through low impact exercise. The instructors are highly trained, enthusiastic, and engaging. I the variety of classes offered and studio hours are incredible! All of the staff are phenomenal! Don't forget your grip socks. However, if you need any clothing or socks there is a wide assortment to shop. Here is another tip, bring an empty water bottle to fill up at the studio, the FloWater is water at its BEST! I've been going to Club Pilates BG for about 6 months now and I'm kicking myself for not having started sooner! It's a great low-impact full body workout that I'm finding is perfect for me. Visiting from out of town. Staff was very helpful getting me set up and into classes. Worked with two different instructors and both were wonderful.
