Like all good yoga studios, the atmosphere is very friendly, supportive, and welcoming. The yoga is HOT. I took the class "Hot Yoga Journey" today, and it was 107°F with a little added humidity. Yowza! What a wonderful way to start the day. The drop-in price is typical at $15, plus anything else you might need (rent a towel or mat, or buy a bottle of water). Bring your university ID for a student discount. I appreciated the individual encouragement and attention I got during my class this morning. A good instructor knows just when to step in with a correction, a pep talk, or to just give you some space. I felt like I had just the right amount it support today. As if this writing, Hot Yoga Bowling Green is the only yoga studio I've visited in the area, so I can't compare it to any competitors, but I believe it's the only hot studio in town.

Clean space, tons of parking, great hours, lockers and showers, plenty of equipment and group classes (if that's your thing). Free weights, racks, machines, cardio for days and lots of open space plus a functional training area with a sled, landmine, battleropes, boxes, kettlebells, etc. Not to mention they have a huge gymnasium area for basketball and the members I interacted with were very friendly. Overall, great gym and at only $12 for a single day use - I'd definitely visit again! Thank you BAC!

There are aways…read moreemployees sweeping... even when no dirt is obvious, mopping, and continually maintaining the showers, locker room, and restroom facilities. Although users sanitize their own machines, employees do as well when in non-use. The manager is always in the ball and seems to be everywhere at once. A true professional and worthy of that position.
