I absolutely love Club Pilates! In Crofton. I started taking classes in August and I'm hooked! The facility is super clean and the instructors are very knowledgeable. I also love that they are able to modify exercises if you have an injury or other limitations. Don't be intimidated by the reformer! Went to the free class on Thursday I was so inspired I joined. The staff is amazing they start on time. They explain the entire process to you step by step. I've never done Pilates before and now I have a membership. The instructor answer questions and demonstrated the exercise step by step. They have different packages for you to choose from. When I called for the class I spoke to Mary she answered my questions about what to wear what I can I being an etc. I'm glad I called to find out that you need socks with grips. Also, they sell them at the establishment . The environment is clean, plenty of parking space, and great customer service. read more

Let me begin by acknowledging that I take responsibility for not fully reviewing the cancellation policy at the time of enrollment. I initially joined with the intent of committing to my fitness goals; however, due to an arm injury, I was unable to continue working out. Despite not using the service since October 10, 2025, my card was charged again in November and for a second time on December 30. After the November charge, I contacted the company on December 3 to cancel my membership. Through this process, I learned that cancellation cannot be completed online, requires submission of a separate form, and results in an additional month being billed even after cancellation is requested. As a result, I have paid approximately $200 for a service I have not used and do not intend to use. While I accept responsibility for not reviewing the fine print initially, the cancellation process and continued billing were unexpected and disappointing. Lesson READING IS FUNDAMENTAL read more

I tried the free class almost a year ago and wasn't a fan but then decided to revisit it because I was having back pain. After trying a second time I decided to join. Within the first 3 months I was able to leave physical therapy and just do Pilates because it helped my back improve so much. It's clean, the equipment is in good condition, the instructors are great (Glen is my fave) and the other members are considerate. I would recommend. The only thing I don't love is that there is often a waitlist for the classes I want if I don't sign up in advance. Often you're able to get in last minute but it's less certainty. I used to do pure barre, which I also like but the classes in the Crofton location were too crowded. Since club Pilates has work stations, it is never too crowded. Overall I recommend. read more

Clean facility. Knowledgeable instructors. Free parking. I've been doing Pilates for years even through my pregnancy up until two days before giving birth. The instructors were able to work with me pre and postpartum. I avoided a tough labor and delivery, as well as snapped back to my size swiftly. I enjoyed my time there. Most of the stuff are very polite and friendly. My favorite instructors were Glen, Judy and Ciara. One thing I didn't like was the fact that they charge your card extra fees without letting you know. The fact that they have it on file, down give them the authority to charge it when they want for extra charge. They have to at least notify you first. read more

I've been attending pilates classes here for over a year now, and I couldn't have been happier with the whole experience! The workouts are amazing, the instructions are very professional yet personable, the front desk managers are always super nice and helpful. Moreover, there is a very convenient app you use to book classes that fit your schedule, and you can easily change things if something comes up. The cancellation policy is extremely reasonable - only 12 hours as opposed to the usual 24 at many other fitness centers. There are many reformers here, so it's easy to get into any class you want, especially if you book in advance (and even if you didn't - you can still get into one by simply getting on their waitlist and you can track on the app how the waitlist is progressing). Do not sign up for this membership unless you are willing to allow them to keep your debit card or credit card on file so that they can charge at will. Club Pilates is a participating member in my health plan ("ActiveRenew" United Healthcare), which pays directly for my gym membership. However what they don't tell you is that, even though they are getting paid directly from United Healthcare for your standard membership, Club Pilates requires you to keep a credit card on file just in case you want to pay for extra classes or socks or other knickknacks whether or not you want it. I plan to make a report to United healthcare and the Federal Trade Commission. Don't let grifter gyms and spas get away with this type of business practice that puts them in control of your credit card. They will stop these shenanigans when they find out that we're not going to stand for it. Never let any business hold your credit card or debit card on file. read more

The Crofton Club Pilates has some top notch instructors. The first few times I attended classes, I felt clumsy and out of shape. I kept showing up because of the detailed descriptions of what, where and how you should be feeling the exercise and placement, not to mention the positive encouragement of the instructors. The studio is clean, and the front desk staff so helpful and welcoming with every visit. The only downside is the waitlist on almost every class but the solution (I hope) is forthcoming with the expansion of their studio. I guess that is a testament to the quality of this studio. read more

I have been a member at Club Pilates for at least three months. I started off with a four class per month membership. I enjoyed it so much that I recently increased to an eight per month membership. Most classes I have had to join a waitlist to attend, but the chances are high that I actually make it into the class. I believe they are expanding their studio soon, so it might be a lot easier to join classes in the future. read more

If you don't know about Pilates, one thing I will tell you is that it's great for toning. There are things that work better on the reformer, and things that work better on the mat. That being said: Club Pilates is one of the better group-ex experiences I've encountered in a long time. The instructors, staff and owner are warm, personable and VERY encouraging. Sometimes it's hard for heavier people to get started with a new fitness effort just because they can't move or reach or do as their thinner counterparts would. It has been my experience that all the instructors are thoughtful about what works for different students, and sometimes will even come around to correct form or position (they ask before they touch!). They've been great about assisting with transitions between flows, which makes me excited to go back because no two classes are the same. In the time I've been attending classes in Crofton (2x a week since they opened in late November) I can feel the difference. It doesn't seem like a lot, moving your arms and legs around while on a machine that works via springs and straps, but if you put in the effort you will see measured increases in strength and tone. You may want to check the website, but at least for now they offer a complementary intro so you can go and check it out and see if you like it. That class may be far less personal, but I still enjoyed the energy of the class (and boy did I feel it the next day). It's an investment of both time and $$$ to attend regularly (The closest studio is 35 minutes away and I can only do classes at ignorant o'clock in the morning during the week because of work) but what better to invest in than a stronger body for myself?? I look forward to patronizing the studio for a long time to come :) Other things to note: You will need pilates/yoga socks for classes here - they sell them, you can find them on Amazon. Great location: it's a newish shopping center with good parking (and I note it's fairly well lit since I'm there way early), no worries about a skeevy neighborhood. read more

A trainer who is knowledgeable can help me learn new exercises and techniques, and a trainer who is passionate can help me stay motivated to reach my goals. A trainer who is motivating can help me push myself harder during my workouts and help me stay on track with my fitness goals. I feel more confident and motivated when I have a trainer who possesses these qualities, and I feel like I am getting the most out of my training sessions. This organization does not have any of the above characteristics. I can honestly say this Pilate session was not inspiration at all. I will not be coming back. read more

My sister and I went for an introductory class and fell in love! I have herniated discs from a car accident and lower back pain - I am against surgery and happy that I can include pilates at CP Crofton as one of my tools to gain core strength and reduce back pain. I love Pilates at Club Pilates. The only issue I had initially was with scheduling classes, as they fill up quickly in the time periods I am available. But people will sign up and not show up, so use the waitlist feature or get help from the desk staff. Mary was particularly helpful in assisting me to get classes booked, and explain the process to me. I would go to two classes a week, except for the classes filling up, and not being able to get a refund on classes not used 30 days from purchase. read more

Pilates is the workout I was looking for but didn't know existed. I've been going for a year now. The instructors are wonderful, my muscles are tighter, and my lower back pain has lessened 99%. I absolutely love this Pilates studio. Every instructor is patient with new members and challenges fit members. I am an advid cyclists as well as a woman who works our hard in the gym with weight lifting and HITT training, but I have realized through Pilates I can fine tune my other workout opportunities because Pilates teaches you about core stabilization and how that is important in everything we do. As specially as we get older. I find the classes challenging but also have a zen attitude when I leave. read more

Be wary if you are attending an intro class. They will keep you for about 10 minutes after the class and pressure and persuade you into signing up. They will also fail to mention that if you sign up for the 8 class schedule, your credits do not roll over if you do not use them all before the next cycle. Horrible customer service from every single employee if you have a concern/issue. Find a different company or just do pilates at home via youtube, no point in wasting your hard earned money at these scammy health and fitness franchises. read more

I took the free intro class a last month and was really surprised how good I felt after just a brief half hour intro. I have been taking classes for the last few weeks and everyone is SUPER friendly, the few instructors I have had are wonderful, the facility is immaculately clean, and I do not feel intimated or discouraged. Even though I'm in a group class, it's up to me how challenging I make it. I am definitely at a beginning fitness level but I always look forward to the next class. I couldn't be happier! read more
