I have been going here for almost a year now and even though I tried other studios near me and even though I still get offers from those places for packages that cost less for more classes, I have stayed with CP. One of the major reasons is that the instructors are professional, they always ask before class for any injuries or if anyone has anything going on and will instruct individually during exercises for those needing modifications. They are clear when instructing in class and attentive when you maybe weren't listening ( guilty!). I am much stronger and more flexible than I was when I started and I have felt safe getting there. I go to the the miracle mile club. Key note to take away is that the instructor matters the most. They will make or break the class for you. I wish more instructors were more intentional and helpful especially when there are first timers. Sometimes it seems like they are just going through the motions. I joined in 2021 in lieu of ongoing physical therapy for spondylolisthesis. It took a while but I'm happy to report that consistency has paid off, no more back or leg pain. Love this studio---all the instructors are very professional and no matter how often you go, the classes are never the same. I'm always amazed why EVERYONE doesn't do pilates. Don't understand any of the bad reviews, this place is great! I'm just in beginner classes (Reformer 1) but they have talented instructors that provide not only a good workout but a variety everytime. Studio is always tidy and clean. I absolutely love club Pilates miracle mile! I'm in my mid 60s, haven't really ever had much of an excercise regimen but a little over a year ago I decided it's now or never and I joined club Pilates. I found it to be the perfect excercise for me. The instructors are great, I don't feel pressured or intimidated- I've been able to progress at my own pace and have really felt the results. I started going two times a week and now I go three times a week and find it very convenient and a great way to get my day started. They have excellent parking at the miracle mile location too. Trying to cancel at Club Pilates is painstaking. I notified them I wanted to cancel in the first week of October. I was told I had to pay for the full month of November, which I did. I then got a call saying that I had not cancelled and that I was past due for December. Be very careful with your membership and good luck try to book classes. You will end up 6th in line and then at 10PM the night before the class you select...YOU will be in!!! But, you won't be able to cancel if you have made other plans. This is a great little Pilates studio. It's pretty much pure reformer Pilates, but there are some other class styles if you're craving a bit more variety. Classes are 50 minutes long, and every class I've taken has been good. The teachers are well trained and helpful. Everyone who works here is friendly & welcoming creating an overall happy vibe. It's also clean and bright and just a nice place to be. As a bonus they offer a free 1/2 hour class if you're curious about Pilates! I fell in love immediately and highly recommend trying it out. PS. Definitely do your research into this company before booking any sort of membership/ class packs with them. As a beginner to Pilates, I was excited to find that their was a studio right near me! However after the first month, I found that all of my classes were pretty much the same and there was no variety in any of the classes I was taking. This led me to feel that it was not challenging whatsoever for me. In addition, one of the instructors always seemed to have an issue with me and acted annoyed every time I was in her class which made me very uncomfortable. When I tried to end my membership they told me I couldn't do that and had to stay for another month ( as per my contract however no one ever told me or made that clear) however at that point pretty much all of the classes were already full until the end of that month. So essentially I paid 240$ for the month of March just to take only like 3 classes. Such a scam. If you want a challenging Pilates experience, definitely look into Lagree. At least then you can actually sweat and feel like your getting a real workout for the amount you're paying for. Additionally, I was booked for my last three days at this studio however I saw that I got kicked out of the classes I signed up for. I also just want to say that the ladies at the front desk are very kind and nice, however I definitely feel like I got scammed for my first Pilates experience and I wouldn't recommend anyone to come here, unless you are someone who does like to work out. read more

I got waitlisted to almost all my classes and sometimes got into a class with little notice. In those cases I got charged a $15 dollar cancellation fee even though the notice came very late in advance that I got into a class. The contract details are not clearly communicated or shared in the moment of purchase. The one thing they clearly stated at the beginning was that it was 3 month contract with a fee to terminate early however they failed to mention they also charge a 30 days in advance cancellation fee after the 3 month period. Very scammy, unaffordable, and inflexible policies. read more

Yelp needs to offer 0 star rating because rating of 1 is too good for this pilates studio. If you are ok with instructor Ricardo Granados talking to you in a condescending tone telling you to go take someone else's class, not actually giving you helpful pilates instructions, and telling you to leave his class when I told him "You are talking to me in a condescending tone, not giving me helpful pilates instruction like you are everyone else, and that is not ok" then this is the place for you. I felt discriminated, not valued, and offended by Ricardo. Flow 1.0 Class is too basic. Flow 1.5 starts to be more challenging and yes some good pilates instructions would help. I found Bisi the best instructor so far but she doesn't teach that much here. I would recommend this place to my worst enemy. Don't waste your money here. read more

Dishonestly managed, would not recommend. Check out Sweat Pilates, much more engaging and better managed, or at least another location. I signed up for a 3 month contract with this place, having told the manager I was looking forward to challenging higher level classes. The first day of class, I'm told only beginner classes will be offered the first two months. When I expressed concern, I was told I'm 'not being supportive of my Pilates community' (as most of the students who joined when it opened were looking for more beginner classes). While I understand the importance of catering to their students' needs, I myself was being charged quite a lot for something quite different than what I signed up for. I did my best to be patient and work with the instructors, but after two weeks of classes I found myself bored and unchallenged. When I followed up and asked Danielle to waive my cancellation fee as I felt very misled about the selection of classes, she got quite defensive and didn't seem to think I had much reason to feel bothered, and so I was stuck paying the $100 cancellation fee. On top of that, soon after joining, she offered me a month of free On-Demand Pilates video streaming while I was away (which seemed nice at the time), without ever disclosing that it would roll over into Auto Pay afterwards. Genuinely do not understand why the ratings are not significantly higher for Club Pilates Miracle Mile! This place has become my home away from home. I had never done Pilates before (and frankly do not typically enjoy exercise), but Danielle and her team made me feel so welcome and safe to try something new. I've been an unlimited member for over a month and have gone to 4-5 classes every week. After a few weeks, I could already tell that I was stronger. I was able to do more of the exercises to completion and felt my form getting consistently better. All of the instructor are attentive, keep us safe, and push us to push ourselves. Everyone is friendly and willing to work with you and your body to make sure you get the most out of your experience, while protecting any problem areas (i.e. my low back and hips can be problematic - they make sure to check in and make modifications, when necessary). While I've loved all the instructors I've had so far, two of my favorites are Caroline and Becky - but seriously, they are all really incredible. If you were nervous to try this studio because of the other review, please still give Club Pilates Miracle Mile a try. See for yourself. Take the intro class. Meet the team. Club Pilates Miracle Mile has been one of the best fitness subscription locations I've ever been to. Everyone is so amazing and pleasant to work with. I've been going there since they opened in November and am so happy that I signed up. I'm an unlimited member and go every day of the week. All of the instructors are fantastic and have their own styles that offer great diversity throughout the week. This studio doesn't deserve 3 or 4 stars, it should be at 5/5 without a doubt.
