Within the first week, we were greeted by name when we walked in. We sampled a variety of classes with different instructors, in both the regular studio and the hot studio. We focused on the beginner level and hot stretch classes. The offerings are diverse and impressive. Every instructor is excellent. Modifications are always provided for those that need them. We got our money's worth out of the one-month trial, attending 3-5 times per week. After our trial period, we decided to purchase the 8 sessions per month membership, due to our busy summer schedule. The memberships are month-to-month (no contract) and can be changed or cancelled at any time, so this flexibility is welcomed. I can definitely see us moving to an unlimited membership during the winter months when our calendar slows down. Since making a concerted effort to add yoga to our fitness regimen, we have noticed significant improvement in flexibility and mobility for our recreational activities that include softball and golf. We highly recommend this studio for all levels of ability.

I started taking tennis lessons there with Scott and have always had a great experience. Over the years, I've watched the club evolve into so much more. The facilities are always clean--whether it's the tennis courts, the gym, or the newly added pickleball area. There's also a place to just hang out and have a snack or a drink. Recently, I've been visiting the Mequon and River Glen locations more often. There's a full gym now, a pool, saunas, and really nice locker rooms with all the amenities you could need. The addition of pickleball is a great bonus, and the staff and coaches continue to be friendly, helpful, and fun to learn from. Yes, the membership is on the pricier side, but given the range of amenities and the quality of the facilities, I absolutely think it's worth it if you take advantage of everything they offer. It's been a fantastic part of my hometown experience here in Mequon

No refund was given we had to wait the 4 months (almost eight hundred dollars) for us to be credited toward our membership. Then we tried to cancel and they charged us for an extra month. The over billing happened a lot and no one ever talked to you. Everything went into the abyss of email. Don't join! Don't waste your money.

I can do things I never could before and it makes me feel proud. Karah is a really skilled trainer and always gives us a well rounded, full body workout that keeps ramping up as our athletic ability does. Each week, when I walk in the door after my work out, my husband asks, "How was work out?" The reply is simple, "It was hard! But GOOD!" I think that just about sums it all up, don't you? I've also taken classes offered by Nick, and every single time I go, he drops some serious knowledge about strength, form, posture, the body, etc. A few months ago, SH moved to a new location (closer to my house! bonus!) and I really like it. It's a big open space with squishy floors and lots of natural light. Every once in a while, SH offers other cool events like guided meditations on nights with full moons and walks by the lake. There are lots of things to try out here and I think every body should check it out. The prices are reasonable and well worth it. Overall, SH is such a positive and welcoming place!

I'm really excited to have been able to tag along w/ Ellie and Danielle to check out Superb Health…read more At first, I wasn't sure. No treadmills? No ellipticals? It's just a room with some weird ropes and big medicine balls and strange props? Some girl's going to tell me what to do and it's all circuits or whatever? What is this? What it is is awesome, my friends. One class in and already I'm hooked, and I'm sure I'll be returning with Ellie and the crew week after week on Monday nights. This... THIS... is just what I need to take my regiment to the next level. I mean, sure... I play derby, and I go to the gym and do my requisite half hour of cardio and core work 2-3 times a week, but this is a real challenge. This is how I'm going to TAKE IT TO THE NEXT LEVEL. Plyometrics, weight training, innovative cardio exercises... our class does it all. And it's not all "personal trainer screaming at you to keep going, or judging you for not having 7% body fat," either. It's encouraging and awesome and the vibe is really a good one. I dig. Worth noting is their group exercise classes held on the regular vary from yoga to intense "like the movie 300" workouts, so check their website and see what may appeal to you, and what classes are offered when and how much they run. (Not terribly expensive, and you can pay per class or buy packages.) Yay for Superb Health! I look forward to seeing where your weird plushy medicine balls and rope-arm-workout thing will put me in a few weeks' time.
