Club Pilates Palmdale is a welcoming and supportive studio that makes fitness feel approachable for everyone. What I appreciate is they help anyone with any fitness level work out. If you've never done Pilates (I hadn't!) or never worked out they will get you the specific guidance you need and there are different class levels so you can progress. These types of studios start at the front desk (no way I want to work out somewhere when the first person I meet is rude, but I've never had that issue.) Each of the front desk staff has always been welcoming and helpful...they get to know you so they check you in before you even tell them your name. Heck you'll even see the manager checking people in! The instructors each create an inclusive environment where all body types and fitness levels are celebrated, making it easy for beginners and seasoned athletes and everyone in between to get a good workout in. You may not feel like you're working hard but you'll feel it the next day! I also like that they will correct your form so you don't go months with doing it the wrong way. Whether you're building strength, improving flexibility, or just trying something new, Club Pilates is such a fun workout. She's super nice, informative, and helpful when offering feedback on how to execute the workouts properly. I took the Flow 1.5 class with Vee and oh my goodness--what an experience! It was tough, but in the best way possible. I love a good challenge, and this class definitely delivered. If you haven't tried Pilate, I highly recommend coming here. Place is clean and organized, despite previous feedback I've read. I was a virgin to this experience and thought the class will be easy. I didn't realized how bad my core was until coming here. My instructor Vee, who somewhat shared the same name as my favorite BTS member, V which made it easier to remember. There isn't a class I don't love. Today was a much needed Restore class painfully, but effectively, hitting all the right trigger points. I love taking this class at the end of the week after the other pirates classes to release the tension in my muscles. Today I took it because I'm getting on an airplane tomorrow and I wanted my body relaxed, and my blood flowing better for the journey. JULIA is my favorite instructor by far. She did my intro class, and she helped make the sale. Her voice is great, she is incredibly helpful, always asking what you want to work on, or what injuries you might have so you can discuss modifications before. I never knew how much I'd love this place. I'm so glad I joined. I've been coming since last October and it has helped so much with my flexibility, mobility and more importantly my sciatica! This is a place that every BODY needs. I love taking Ludelle's classes. She has such a calming voice, is so great with explaining step by step instructions and genuinely cares about each and every person. I just completed my 40th class, and I love this studio. The front desk staff, especially the GM Vanessa, have built a warm and inclusive environment where I feel comfortable and safe working out. After taking a full true Pilates class here, still just meh. You can clearly see the trainer was annoyed with the front desk girl who laughed at her for requesting paper towels for the bathroom (which was closed for a month). The trainer was hot from the previous class and was the g to cool down. Front desk is out of touch. No salesmanship when I inquired about packages. But sure don't sell me..... This trainer was a bit better. I didn't feel like I got a workout in at all. Just not impressed. Also the cubby area gets so cramped & crowded. People coming & going in a small area. The manager and staff are super nice...classes are just what I need. Pilates is new to me and the instructors are very helpful and ask me if I am feeling any discomfort or have any injuries prior to the start of the class. I find this very important because I experience some discomfort with some injuries and they will accommodate you to get you through the class avoiding any possible discomfort. I've really enjoyed my classes by the various instructors. I initially thought it would be a pain to find parking in the mall parking lot, but it's never been a problem--maybe at Xmas time it will be. I'm fairly new to Pilates. First off, pilates is a game changer. If you have any disabilities, infirmities, or just aches and pains (or not) this is the place to go. Strengthen and lengthen! There is a strong core and then there is a pilates core. The instructors are so knowledgeable and caring and even though you're in a class you get individual attention. And you can get private instruction too! The club is small but comfortable and everything is in its place. It is a very friendly atmosphere where they genuinely care about you. I genuinely enjoy going to my classes daily. . not only have I've seen my body change for the better, my physical abilities progress more & more but it has helped my mental health more than I can even express. I'm recovering from a major back injury and spinal fusion where my physical Abilities have been limited for the last few years but through Pilates I've truly started to heal my body and get my life back. My husband and I enrolled right before the grand opening. I spoke to a male over the phone and asked about classes and hours. He informed me how the classes where 7 days a week up to 7-8pm. Long story short. Had hiccups from the beginning. My husband didn't have credits on his app and was unable to sign up for classes. Spoke to a lady who was supposed to fix that but it never did get fixed. Had to go in and wait a few days for that to get squared away. Next, since Pilates is brand new to the AV, they mostly only had the reformer class available.m (which I was told this AFTER enrollment. First class day, my equipment wasn't set properly and the instructor kept trying to fix it. By the time she did, that specific workout was over with. The next class I took with Julia was better. She was super sweet and informative and made sure equipment was set properly and helped those that needed adjustments. Next time around a class was cancelled on their end and I didn't receive a credit back. Informed the girl at the front desk. She was busy enrolling another member and told me to write my name and number down and she would get back to me. A week later, still no call. By this time all the classes I was attempting to schedule were all booked. Then I started thinking, the more members that get enrolled, the less availability your going to have because when I went in the app, there pretty much was no more openings for the rest of the month. Went in that day and spoke to the manager I believe. Told her why I decided to cancel my membership. When I explained that some days (Fri-Sun) classes only went up to 1-2:30pm and was told differently, she told me that weekends were shorter hours but they were going to be adding extra classes soon. Would have been nice if I was told this before enrolling. Instead I was told classes were 7 days a week up to 7-8pm. Nothing about how in the beginning classes weren't going to be all day and that slowly they would add classes as the days, weeks, months progressed. She also told me that she could fix the credit right then and there but I explained how it would have been nice if it was fixed a week ago before the class I wanted to enroll in was booked. Overall, I understand this is a new place that opened and the system has a lot of quirks that needed to be fixed, but it definitely could have been a better experience. Instead I wasted a months fee x 2 on top of the $100 x 2 (because my husband cancelled as well) cancellation fee which I felt they could have waived for all the hiccups we encountered throughout that entire month. Wanted this to be something I would get into, but unfortunately, it was just a waste of money for us. read more

I have been going since it first opened. I started with 8 classes a month and changed my membership to unlimited after the first month. The more consistent you are, the better the results you will see and feel. This location keeps me accountable and motivated. The instructors are great and easy to follow. Once you have the foundations down, you can build and it becomes more challenging. Each move can also be modified to your capabilities which makes it great for anyone to do.
