I cannot say enough good things about my trainer, Leilani! From day one, I've gotten so much more out of our sessions than I ever expected. Yes we work on strength and workouts, but she also helps me manage stress, improve sleep, increase daily movement, plan healthy, doable meals and build routines that support long-term health. Leilani is endlessly knowledgeable in both fitness and nutrition and I learn something new every single week. She is motivating, positive, uplifting .. she is genuinely caring and thoughtful - and you can truly feel how invested she is in her clients and their success. Crush! Man oh man! I'm so glad I found Crush fitness! The trainers and atmosphere tops all other gyms I've been to. They make it easy to book classes on their apps and are always ready to answer questions about workouts. The staff is friendly, the facility is very well kept and clean and the workouts WORK! It is a very nice gym. It is Little small and not much equipment but for CrossFit perfect amount.

Overpriced. Not for me was looking for a new gym but had very little equipment and very little options for training classes when I visited.

If I could put no stars for this place, I most definitely would. The membership is way overpriced for what you are receiving. Food is trash. Customer service is trash. Overall not great. They also don't even have a lot of classes. Which was the main reason I joined! Not worth it hopefully one day it can be good. read more

Before COVID: this place has everything you need, squat racks, great cardio machines, a whole section for TRX/HIIT training. Just what everyone needs! Most importantly, Crush fitness provides Personal Trainers who will help you the every end. They check up on you every week, push you in your workouts to the point where you didn't even know you were capable of doing, motivating you, and helping you to always focus on your progress and goals. Trust me, this place isn't in it for the money. Crush Fitness genuinely cares about you and believes in you. Marcos and Luis have pushed me farther in my weight lifting goals/physique goals. Crush is super fun. I love the classes and the formats. Spartan class on Saturday is my favorite. I don't live in town anymore and I still make time to come out on Saturdays for spartan class. Love that they have fit chow in the same building so I can get food or snacks at the same time. The coaches are all super nice and knowledgeable too which makes me feel more comfortable. Rounding out my first full month with Crush, and I am a happy member! The classes are great - Garrett and Luis are helpful and friendly trainers. I also love the cleanliness of the gym and the excellent state of the work out equipment. Best gym ever! The people at Crush are awesome first time I've actually gone to a gym and the staff have become like family. I had been a member of another local gym for 3 years when I came across Crush. My friends and I decided to check it out since we had not been enjoying our other gym as much. When we first walked into the facility we immediately noticed the cleanliness and quality of the equipment and the space. Marcos, the owner, and Luis, one of the trainers, greeted us and gave us a tour and explanation of how they ran the place. We decided to take a class the next day and immediately knew we were ready to join. The crush camp class is such a great full body workout. The trainers don't let you finish a class without having given it your all and feeling super worked. Marcos is one of the most genuine people I've met and you can tell how much he cares about his business and the members. He consistently asks for feedback and welcomes questions of all sorts. The management is also so accessible across all platforms. Questions are answered immediately and members are always in the loop regarding updates and notices. The classes are amazing but the gym is also open for members to come and do open gym during the times there are not classes. It's so flexible for all work schedules and there's time 7 days a week to access the gym. Even when I've come in to do open gym, the staff gave workout routines to follow and provided encouragement even though it's not a class. Before the outbreak of COVID-19 occurred, the classes were already practicing social distancing (broken up into very small groups spread throughout the gym) and cleanliness (equipment was being sanitized constantly throughout the classes). They have continued to do so since reopening and are ensuring the space is constantly being sanitized and follows all safety measures set by the state and by the CDC. For sure check them out if you're looking for an amazing gym membership experience. They are the best you'll find! P.S. buy the muffins they sell at the front. They are soooo good. read more

So glad this gem exists in the AV, with staff that love what they do and it shows! I'm a mom of 2 and was feeling the effects of motherhood and aging on my body and felt I had to do something about it. Rachel was so friendly and welcoming the first day I walked in and took the time to explain everything to me. Rick helped set me up with a personal trainer and suggested classes for me to start off with. Lastly my trainer, Jeremy, is simply the best! He is so passionate about working out, training and doing what's best for your mind and body. He is extremely sensitive to your specific needs and goals and pushes you just the right amount within your reach, and sometimes further, in the best way possible. Love the environment of this gym. I use to go to gyms like In Shape and Planet Fitness until I heard about this place. The staff here is very kind and more of a family environment setting which I love. Not only do they focus on physical training but they also offer nutritional guidance and Fit Chow meals. You can choose your meal type, purchase one time meals on the go or after your training sessions or subscribe to a weekly meal plan that suites your personal goals. My personal favorites are the banana oat muffins, chocolate chip oat muffins and the Buffalo chicken meal. My husband personally loves the mango habanero chicken, chipotle chicken and the burrito bowl meals as well. Overall a great gym to set and obtain your personal goals. They feature high intensity group and small group training opportunities for individuals at any level. Most importantly, it's not an overcrowded gym with people getting dressed up and taking up machines just to find their next date. If you want results and someone to help guide you at the physical and nutritional level, I recommend trying out this place! read more

By far the best place to go and workout! I focus on customer service 1st before anything else. And these guys treat you like family from the moment you walk in their doors. They take the time to hear you out and see what your weight goals are and help you through the whole process so you accomplish them. Rooting you on every step of the way giving you all the support you need! Their workouts are great especially because they are HIIT training ones and that's what I love. Not only is this a five star establishment, but a five star experience as well. I initially felt nervous to attend the group classes, but the warm welcome from the trainers, the attendees, and the front desk nutritionist made me want to come back more often than I ever imagined I would. My first class was with Erick, and he has made a world of difference in my fitness abilities (even though I started with practically no experience). If I could give Erick a raise myself, I would do it. And then I would double his raise and give him another raise!! Luis (another trainer) was the first person to help me work on not only my form, but my confidence as well! He's a great coach and makes a hard day at the gym a lot more bearable (and dare I say it... fun?). Stephanie (the in-house nutritionist) is so welcoming and gives great advice on eating right! With her help, I actually have started to lose weight (which I was starting to think would never happen). If you are on the fence about this gym, give it a try. It's something I look forward to every day, and makes me feel like more than just a walking debit-card (which has been the case at other gyms). You won't regret checking this place out! read more

Let me say that this has to be the cleanest gym ive ever been to. Ive been going to gyms for all my life and no other gym comes close to the level of cleanliness that they have the staff is super helpful as well and really friendly. The price is up there a little bit but you are paying for 6 classes a week that are supervised by trained professionals that know what they are talking about and if you have a disability like mine they will work with you and tell you how to work on it with you. Another benefit you get with Crush is a Nutritionist that has a degree that will sit down with you and work out a meal plan with you which i have never found anywhere else just the level of detail an attention to detail i found is remarkable. Use of a BMI scale able to have access to their food the list goes on as well i will not be going to another gym. read more
