Don't waste your time at this club! It's amazing how one person can spoil the entire experience. Clases are great but good luck in proving feedback about the filth and remaining credits. Tina to be specific is worse! Her approach is unhelpful and antagonistic. Despite my attempts to explain, she interrupted me repeatedly. This experience ultimately led me to cancel my membership. I have also observed that Tina's interactions with other members differ significantly, particularly in how she greets individuals. This has made me feel unwelcome and disrespected. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Club Pilates. From the moment I booked my intro class, things went downhill. When I first signed up, I received a call saying that I wasn't allowed to take two intro classes. Why would I sign up for two intro classes in the first place? After clarifying that I only booked one intro class, they apologized. However, the issues continued. On the day of the class, they called me claiming I had already taken a class, which I hadn't. When I showed up for the intro, the class was a joke--it felt more like a children's exercise session than anything remotely resembling Pilates. No proper warm-up, no real Pilates moves, just a basic, unstructured class that didn't even give me a good workout. The instructor seemed like she would rather be anywhere but teaching us. I've been to other studios that offer intro classes, and they at least provide a decent demonstration and make sure you get a proper workout. The push for a membership afterward was overwhelming. They handed out a schedule on a simple piece of paper and made us return it. Seriously? They couldn't even let us keep a piece of paper? It felt like they were just trying to upsell memberships at all costs. I made the mistake of booking another class before taking the intro (a bad decision, I know) because I was pumped to find a nice Pilates studio. When I decided I didn't want to take it anymore after the bad experiences, they told me I could get a refund. Two days later I did not receive anything in my bank statement. They then told me I could only get a credit, not a refund. I explained I had recently found out I was pregnant and wasn't comfortable taking another class, but they refused to refund me. They offered me an extension for the credit to a year, but then told me I couldn't transfer it to a friend because it was under my name. This business is unprofessional, disorganized, and clearly more interested in pushing memberships than actually providing a quality experience. I wouldn't recommend Club Pilates to anyone. read more

Good instructors and like the classes but the cleanliness could definitely be better - tired of seeing piles of dust and other people's hair when taking even an 8a class so it's not from earlier in the day. A deep clean would be great. read more

The classes are fun and engaging, the instructors are knowledgeable, and it's a great environment to work out in. However, one of the managers (Stephanie) is extremely unhelpful and rude. If you want to sign up for Club Pilates, skip this location. Stephanie is awful to work with. She won't help you if you have any questions, and she takes her frustration out on you if you ask her for help doing something she has no idea how to handle. The simplest questions trigger her and she lashes out at you for even asking. Don't bother engaging with her. It is absolutely astounding that this woman is a manager when she has no idea how to talk to people. It's such a shame that she has completely ruined my experience here. I'm relieved that I can cancel soon so I don't have to deal with her any longer. I'm signing up for another Club Pilates location as soon as my time is up here. read more

I see that scheduling could be problematic. I see what someone is going through on a daily basis and no support from management or corporate. I am now looking at my schedule everyday and taking screenshots, I have to say this makes this stressful. I joined Pilates due to stress, I really do not want added stress. I love the instructors here. I have learned so much from them in the past 8 months. The classes are amazing. The operational part is not. I am sorry I have to give this review but the scheduling and response to the scheduling glitches are unacceptable. I have been removed from classes 11 times in the past three months. The last 8 times have happened in the past two weeks. I have all the cancellation emails,( and the confirmation ones) and have supplied them to the manager. The manager agrees that this is not on my end. However, she is unable to do anything about it. She wants to cancel my membership and give me a new one completely. This will lose all of my classes and history. I would not be on the schedule for another 3 weeks. The manager cannot do anything else and told me I can not have access to anyone in corporate to speak directly about this situation. The manager has informed me that I am the only one who ever had this problem. I was believing this, until a friend of mine signed up for today's 630 am class, yesterday. She was on the wait list as number 8. This was one of many classes I was canceled on. I was the first on thewaitlistt for the same class since last week. I woke up at 5 am - dressed and waited to see if an opening happened and I would get into the class. I did not make the cut. My friend who was in 8th place did. She enjoyed her class and was surprised I was not there. Instead, I was waiting by my phone to see if an opening happened. I called the manager and still nothing she can do. I am the only person this happened to in the entire company. Is that true? The first time I was cut from a class- I took the blame- thought I did something. I did not. The third time I was cut, I went in without knowing it and was informed I was not on the list but another student was on it twice. That student confirmed she did not sign up twice for it . There is no way to sign up twice for the same time slot. Has anyone else had any experience like this? read more

What a workout!! Pilates always seems so elegant, but don't let that fool you! Class with Colleen was both really fun and intense, but she was also super helpful and accommodating (since that was my first class). Everything was really well explained and they often checked to make sure no one had injuries that needed to be accommodated for. Checking in was a little weird. I was asked to fill out a waiver and they had some difficulty texting it to me. But after some looking thru the system it had gone through! Bring grippy socks! I didn't know I needed them and had to purchase them on the spot! They have lots of options but I wish I had known that before! The studio itself was awesome! There are little cubbbies to store your shoes and other personal belongings. And the whole atmosphere was fun and just grateful to be there. No competitive or showy-off personalities here! read more

I love Club Pilates Park Ridge! The instructors are very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. They truly care about their students: asking if there are any injuries, making sure we have the correct form and checking in with us throughout the class. The women at the front desk are very accommodating, friendly, and enthusiastic. I try to attend class six days and week, and no two classes are ever the same. Looking for a new workout?
