I chose the Yoga Loft on a whim, but mostly because of how close it was to my house. I had attended my first class at the end of December and ended up choosing Abby's gentle yoga. That class is what led me to stick with the Yoga Loft and continue my practice to now. The environment is very soothing and calming, and puts me at ease the second I walked in. While I haven't had a class with all the instructors, I've had at least one class with majority of them and there isn't one I would not recommend. They're all dedicated, caring, and have their unique quality. I also love the mix of classes -- about a month into attending classes, YL offered a free total body conditioning class. This is now a regular class and one I attended. So now not only am I more relaxed with yoga, I am becoming and feeling stronger with TBC! I can't recommend this studio enough -- and as someone who just started practicing yoga a few months ago, I can assure you this is a safe place to start!

This historic building has been transformed into a beautiful space for yoga, dance classes, and many more offerings. Marysville is seriously lucky to have this place! I drove from Columbus to attend Emily's Saturday Pulse Partio Twerkout class. It's basically a dance cardio class incorporating hip hop, latin, and pop music and it's the best thing that will happen to your life. My friends and family have followed Emily from multiple gyms to be able to take this class and I'm not about to let a drive to Marysville stop me from coming! In my experience with yoga, its all about the yogi. And Addie- Grace is such a beautiful person, inside and out, and has the most calming and soothing voice. Hot Power Yoga w/ Brian Kirk…read more I decided to try out GiveYoga this week through ClassPass. Overall it was okay, a solid 3.75-4/5. If i had to classify this experience, it's for independent yoga students that have prior experience and prefer a class that's more of a "headphones in and silent study" type of vibe. This particular studio I would say focuses on the aesthetics above all. So the rooms are nice, the bathrooms are clean, the welcome space is inviting, and the instructors are what you would expect. Good yoga studio, just not my cup of tea. I prefer a different yoga experience.

There isn't really a lot so you park on Dunedin or Oakland Park ave, or High St if you can find a spot. I think they have a bigger room off to the left, but the lights were off or very dim throughout the whole space when I visited. The yoga room we utilized is to the right and in the back. Cubbies without doors are available to stash your stuff right before you enter the room on the left side. The room itself had high ceilings and was kind of long and narrow. The class was full--way too full for my liking, with other mats about 6 inches on either side of mine. The room wasn't SUPER hot, which might be a pro for some but not for me. I did get a bit of a sweat going by the end, but it wasn't the greatest work out I've had at a hot yoga class. The instructors phone also rang during class, and I wasn't super excited about the guidance through the flow. I'm not sure if I would visit again or not.

For some reason, I had never really enjoyed yoga in the past. It had been years since I took a yoga…read moreclass before discovering Mat Happy. I attended a special event class with Tiffany and really liked it. I appreciate that they offer some slower paced formats for those of us who are new to (or returning to) yoga. Since that, I have been incorporating some "all levels" yoga classes into my workout routine. The studio space is no frills, but very welcoming. Be sure to bring your own mat and water (they do not have a water fill station at the studio.) It tends to be very warm in the room, so I suggest layers. They share a parking lot with several other businesses, but I have not had any trouble finding parking for evening classes. Online scheduling is very easy and they sell both monthly unlimited memberships and class packages.
