I have Fibromyalgia, and decades of experience as an RN, and those left me with a great deal of pain, and injuries. Since I've been doing reformer Pilates, I can tell a tremendous difference in pain & inflammation reduction, improved flexibility, balance, and coordination. All of the instructors are incredible, and each brings their own unique style to the CP method of teaching. Every class is different and keeps the body guessing. Definitely listen to your body and the instructor, and don't forget to focus on mind-body connection, and slowing down the breath. I can do things most my age or older cannot do, and I will keep my body moving. Do Pilates, Do life!

THIS IS A SCAMMMMM When I signed up, I was given only a very vague verbal explanation of the membership terms and cancellation policy. I was never clearly shown the full contract before my card was charged, and I do not remember signing or being walked through any paperwork that explained the commitment they later claimed I agreed to. Shortly after joining, my dad passed away. During that difficult time, I called to cancel my membership. I explained my situation and was told my card would be removed from my account and that everything would be taken care of. Based on what I was told, I believed my membership had been canceled. Instead, they continued charging my card. They have now taken $219 from me. Because I believed my membership had already been canceled, I missed two months of payments, and now they are demanding another $70 just to freeze my account. When I questioned everything, they claimed I had signed an agreement. However, I was never clearly shown the terms or given a proper explanation of the cancellation policy before being charged. I tried to resolve this privately by phone, but they refused to work with me or offer a fair solution. In my opinion, this has been one of the most misleading experiences I've had with a business. Please don't rely only on verbal explanations. Read every document carefully before providing your payment information, and make sure you fully understand the membership and cancellation policies. MAKE SURE YOU SEE THE DOCUMENTS TOO BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT PRINTED OUT THERE ARE ON THE SCREEN INSTRUCTORS USE I am requesting that my membership be canceled, the $70 freeze fee be removed, and that the $219 taken from my account be refunded.

A little coffee maker is available and a nice touch along with some drinks available for purchase for before or after a workout. Checkin on the iPad before you walk into the studio. Don't forget you have to wear grip socks for the workout! In the back is a bathroom and hooks with extra storage if you want to set your belongings down. The instructor cueing keeps your mind occupied the whole time and I love the challenging workouts! Don't forget to wipe off your equipment at the end of the workout. Seems like they have lots of fun workout events and celebrations throughout the year. I only wish I lived in town so I could get a membership and come all the time. John and Terry are very knowledgeable, warm, wonderful at what they do and willing to work with all levels. To illustrate this: the first time I dropped by Yoga Bliss I asked a friend to come along. I purchased a six class package ($40 for students) at the front desk with Michael (who was also very friendly) and it came with a free class for joining, which he let me use towards my friend's admission. We were allowed to enter the yoga room before class started and get ourselves situated with our mats (which they readily supply if you don't have one) while tranquil music played in the background. John came out, was profoundly welcoming and asked us about our experience with yoga so as to get a feel for how he would direct the class (similar experience with Terry, who even let me borrow his slip-proof mat after only knowing me for two minutes). Throughout the hour he was particularly attentive and willing to go the extra mile to help improve our poses/breathing/etc. Also, water was readily available and greatly appreciated. From beginning to end, the experience at Yoga Bliss is very rewarding and, most importantly, welcoming! The instructors are genuinely interested in yoga and have a lot to teach their students. So stoked to have found this studio so close to campus and a slew of great hang-out spots. I'll definitely be re-purchasing a new class package as soon as my current one runs out.

I've been going for…read moreabout month now (8x per month), and I have found that each instructor has their own fantastic twist on exercises. Which really allows you to cater your experience to which instructors work best for you (but honestly they are all great). There are people in every class of all body types and ages. I appreciate that the vast majority of movements we are doing, have modifications or advancements available, that the instructors tell you, so you can make it more or less challenging based on your own goals.

When a company has to try to force you to continue a cancelled membership, that should speak volumes. Good companies have business practices that do not require strong arm tactics. The lack of customer service with Club Pilates is likely the reason so many folks in Auburn are going to their competitors.
