Modifications are available for if you aren't able to 100% do what the instructor are teaching. Scheduling classes and having a routine around when to go also helps with keeping me accountable and actually showing up to workout. There have been times where I'd start going to the gym but because it wasn't something I had scheduled I could talk myself out of not going. The uniformity of scheduling classes helps ensure I attend. Everyone there is very helpful. It's a pricey service but well worth it for my situation. This was my first Pilates class ever! They were so welcoming the front desk girl was so sweet and complementary. I have an injury, but the instructor checked on me regularly to make sure I wasn't any pain. She was also very helpful with my form. Her name is Bailey, she was had an outstanding. Although club Pilates has great workouts they are pricy. And be careful of their contract cause you have to a pay full month in order to cancel your membership even if you haven't used it in six months and we're on hiatus. This may be corporate policy, but it shows no respect or service to the customer. It does show the customer all that corporate cares about is the almighty dollar. Although the instructors are all wonderful, the club is clean and the classes really good I am turned off by the corporate rules. You can freeze your membership any time but they still charge you $15 a month freeze fee. You cannot transfer to another club; you have to quit your current location and join the new location. And if you do this, of course, the price increases. This is really bad business management. Very disappointed. I will not return. read more

I've been coming to this location since November 2020. I have never felt so welcomed and included in a gym environment before. The instructors provide great feedback and care about your progress. They also never push you beyond your capabilities, where I feel some trainers at other gyms push too far and ignore injuries. I go practically every day and get a great work out each time. The level 2 classes are attended by such a fun group of people. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a workout that is challenging and yet healing. read more

The club is clean, the trainers are wonderful and I love the workouts. However, you have the beware that they have 12 machines which means 12 spots. If there is a time you want to go, YOU MUST sign up for that spot weeks in advance and if you fail to show for ANY reason with out a 24 hour notice you will be charged 15.00 for the missed session. HEY I get it they have to have people on the machines to make money... OR do they? I mean I paid 220.00 for unlimited classes. They got paid even if I didn't show. They did allow me to put my account on hold for 4 months while I had breast cancer. Once I got healed and was ready to come back the hassle of trying to get back into the rotation for a spot and having to split between 2 clubs just to do it was very overwhelming. I decided to cancel. Opps I was 4 days to late. They had just charged me for the month and they 30days they require ended up costing me another 220.00 because I submitted 4 days to late.... Yikes! For a class that is super fun... the contracts and lack of care for your time and money is not great! read more

The staff knows us by name and makes an effort to interact with you before or after class. The facility is visibly clean and safety precautions are always in place. Wiping down equipment is a tradition after each class. The instructors are well trained in Pilates and most have a medical or dance background that they integrate into the class routines. I've taken several classes and have felt all the instructors are highly qualified however ANGELA is my absolute favorite regarding personal style of teaching and overall work out. I joined at the end of January 2019, have been going for 4 months. I signed up during the introductory period whereby they offer a set monthly rate for life. Because of a clerical error they refuse to honor their offer. My monthly rate jumped up without warning. I really like the instructors but I won't be returning. i've been going for almost two months now and so far i'm really loving it! my favorite instructors are Angel, Sheena, & Jenna. every class you take is different than the next! my favorite classes are control and suspend. it is pricey, but i love it so much better than the gym so it's worth it to me. i started with the 8 class pkg, but it felt so limited and i was having a hard time scheduling classes, so i upgraded to unlimited. so much better now! booking classes is fairly easy, even if you're waitlisted there's a good chance you'll get in. oh, and michelle at the front desk is great too, very helpful & friendly! read more

unfortunately I did not have the ideal experience. You must book an intro class then decide if you would like to sign up. the intro class goes over equipment. I didn't get a real feel but wanted to try. I signed up showed up for my first class, and the instructor was friendly but also complained about not wanting to be there. (just not a vibe work working out for me.) I honestly hated it. I've done Pilates before and barre. just not my cup of tea for a studio. I love high energy and friendly staff. unfortunately I did not find this here. not to mention this particular studio is very hard to book a class. I book two weeks out and I'm still on a wait list. I immediately emailed to say this is not my thing and now I'm paying 200 for 3 months. I was told all other places have same policy. so I checked the facts and I went to these said facilities orange theory, EoS, none have this. I think this policy is ridiculous. further more of all that was not enough I had some health issues arise with surgery and would have provided evidence still .... nothing. I'm stuck paying 600 for something I hate, couldnt even participate in due to health, and can't even get into a class due to limited availability in classes. seems a bit greedy. I called in to explain and was asked what was wrong with me and my health issues. bit rude. but I would have provided documentation. then I feel like I'm bored in the few classes I took and when asking to move up staff wants to argue with me. it's l get their reasoning but seems like so many rules and regulations ... 3 month sign on... must take 10 classes before leveling up ... if you can even get in LOL. when telling my peers co workers and family how I can't get out of this awful experience they all said it was like a cult! Bit dramatic but trying to find humor in this miserable experience. read more

I am new to Pilates and have been a part of QC Club Pilates since early February. Thank you to Michelle and instructors (Sheena, Jenna and Angel) for making this such a great experience. The classes are focused, great music (not too loud) and you are able to adjust to your needs with the instructors guidance. I currently am on the unlimited plan and am able to get into 99.9% of classes (even if waitlisted) that I want to attend and multiples on most days. My initial pricing is $159 will go up to $200 after introductory offer is over, so requires a commitment. Read reviews for other locations and looks like pricing varies. Only reason not rating a 5 is due to some management hiccups not related to actual classes or instructors. Overall has been a great experience and look forward to attending classes daily. read more

I always get a great full-body workout during each class. Great for the core, of course, and posture, but it's so much more than that.
