I can't say enough good things about this Pilates studio. The instructors are incredibly kind, patient, and so knowledgeable--they truly meet you where you are and make every class feel both supportive and empowering. I started Pilates about 4 months postpartum, and it has been one of the best things I've done for myself. Not only has it strengthened my body, but it's also strengthened my mind in ways I didn't expect. It's been such a powerful reminder that I'm stronger than I think. What started as a simple summer bucket-list activity quickly turned into my newest obsession. I took one class, became a member shortly after, and now over a 100 classes later--I haven't looked back. Brand new studio, friendly staff, fabulous instructors, and amazing experience. They really do mean pilates for all bodies, it's such a welcoming, non-judgmental environment and all of the instructors meet you where you are. All of the classes are designed to not only give you a great workout, but also leave you feeling accomplished. Every instructor is very knowledgable and you can feel their passion for helping people feel better. Did I mention all of the different equipment they have?!? The cardio sculpt class is a nice low impact way to get your heart rate up, the flow is the perfect mix of traditional pilates exercises with a modern flair, the restore is great for those of us that don't like to foam roll on our own, and center and balance is perfect for those days when you just need to move, but not over do it. They offer classes pretty much all day from 6am to about 730pm, making it easy to fit into my busy schedule, when it is convent for me. 10/10 would recommend- try it for yourself- they offer free intro classes multiple times per week - and yes, they really are free and a great way to get a little taste of what it is all about! read more

This is a fantastic Pilates studio! The teachers are very experienced and the members create a very supportive environment. Front desk staff is very helpful and friendly. This is the only form of exercise I've been able to commit and stick with. I've been going here since April 2024 and absolutely love it. I feel stronger and have more energy and have lost the extra weight I've been dealing with. Lots of different classes to keep you engaged. Highly recommend giving them a try! There's a very snootie woman that answers the phone, seems she's been there a long time. She avoids those customers that don't live in Rhonert Park. Not pleasant or welcoming for a health club. Their classes on the app are always full, meaning on waiting lists. So what's the use of signing up ? You loose credits if you don't cancel prior to class. Meaning you loose credit and they pocket $ for that class. Not a good system. read more

Review of Rohnert Park Pilates Studio On April 30 my husband and I looked at the options of joining the Rohnert Park Pilates studio. We were charged, as agreed to, for 2 single studio unlimited classes a month, to my credit card. So far so good, but this did not last long, on May 1 I saw an additional monthly subscription charged to my credit card. I called Karin to let her know about the additional charge and she said that this information is not showing up on their system and that I should contact Amex and dispute this transaction. On Monday May 5 2025 I went over to RP studio and showed a screen shot of my credit card statement clearly showing that I had 3 charges instead of 2. Karin was not on duty and I was told that a message will be left for her to contact me the following day. Karin did call and let me know that she will cancel the transaction, but later let me know that my account had been billed due to confusion with another member who has the same first name as me but a different last name. I filed a dispute with Amex and waited for the desired result! Confusion and mistakes can happen in life but my disappointment and lack of confidence in RP Pilates Studio continued. Since May 1 until today I have had 2 classes, my husband has only been able to attend the introduction 30 minute class, that's all! On Wednesday he was waitlisted while I was able to get into the class but I heard that they had notified him at 4.27pm that he had a place!! The policy is a notification will be sent at least 2 hours before a class- this means they left a grace period of 3 minutes. He had not checked his text in the 3 minutes, he does not spend his time checking his text messages. Karin assured us that we would get classes and we need to continue waitlisting, she suggested we start scheduling classes from the end of the months working backwards! We tried this and were still waitlisted, no idea when we would be able to schedule an exercise regime. Karin offered us a semi-private class for $70 each, we declined because we had already paid for classes which we were not able to get into so why would we spend another $140 on a single semi-private class? This morning I received a call from Monica to enquire whether I had another credit card because apparently my card did not go through and they need another payment!! I disputed this and explained the problems that I have had with Pilates and my Amex card... this was the straw which broke the camels' back. My husband called and informed RP Pilates that we would be cancelling our membership because we entered into an agreement to receive services which has NOT been fulfilled. Since May 1 I have had 2 classes and my husband ZERO beside the free 30-minute intro class. This is not what we envisioned nor what the staff espouse to potential clients. We received an email acknowledging the cancellation of the membership plus the mail stated that there are no future payments scheduled. THIS WAS FALSE- MY HUSBAND RECEIVED AN PAYMENT RECEIPT THAT $100 HAD BEEN CHARGED TO OUR CREDIT CARD AS AN EARLY CANCELLATION FEE! This company billed the card which they said they could not use and asked for an alternate card!! Be careful and very vigilant when dealing with Rohnert Park Pilates Studio, keep a record of how many classes were waitlisted and how many were booked, in this way accurate data can be available to determine whether you get what you pay for with your subscription. read more

I started Pilates in Rohnert Park at the end of August 2024 because I needed a safe and effective way to heal my back pain and lose weight. My physical therapist had recommended specific exercises, and I was thrilled to find that many of them were incorporated into the classes. Initially, I attended three times a week, but I enjoyed it so much that I now go five or six times a week! Over the past three months, I've gotten stronger, lost 13 pounds, and embraced a healthier lifestyle by combining Pilates with mindful eating. The instructors are amazing--they have an in-depth knowledge of the human body and ensure exercises are done safely and effectively. While classes are often fully booked when you sign up, don't worry! People frequently cancel the night before or the day of, so spots usually open up, and it's easy to join a class. Great classes and a variety of guided workouts. However, the pricing structures a not very transparent. For example, if you buy extra credits, you will lose them in 30 days. That 30 days can be a bit of a challenge as some classes fill up almost instantaneously. If you are waitlisted, you have to have a schedule that allows for a moments notice. If you are waitlisted you can be notified that you are booked outside the time restraints of cancelling and I believe unto two hours before a class. Make sure you actually want the class for which you are waitlisted as it will be a credit. As good as this is, and it is very good, at the end of the day, it is a franchised business with some fairly opaque rules. read more

I joined Club Pilates when they opened and decided to start off with 8 classes a month. Given I had 0 experience doing Pilates, I was nervous and scared to start. Before my first month was over, I had finished my 8 classes and was loving my new exercising hobby! I resigned up for unlimited classes and was excited every time before my class. The instructors are all great. I have found my favorites which include Laurie-who is very great at correcting my form so I'm doing the exercise correctly. Ashley-who is wonderful at giving me more of a challenge and pushing my limits to level I want to be at. Give it a shot! I'm so glad I found something I'm truly in love with doing! Not the same place it was 3 years ago! Don't even bother going here unless you want money hungry, unclean environment and inexperienced teachers. When we started at this location- we ABSOLUTELY LOVED everything about it. Owner and manager was fabulous and the teachers were NEXT LEVEL. Fast forward 3 years later, we have seen a complete 180°. Ownership/management changed at one point and we noticed half of the teachers QUIT! We should have took that as our first red flag. Reformers are only cleaned when WE clean them at the end of classes. If you look into the spring well or the ground, it is CONSTANTLY full of hair and dust. They have "teachers" that are actually front desk workers that took a workshop WITH club Pilates and started teaching the next day. My partner HURT his back and asked for a modification to a move we were doing so he didn't hurt it further and the teacher said "that's a good question" and gave no modifications. We also heard a new teacher talking about how she has only took a "cardio sculpt" class ONE TIME as she was about to teach it. We even had a teacher once we sent a mass email to all in club Pilates about how unfair and bad the environment got and why she had to leave. At the end of the day, when you want to quit and GIVE notice, they will try to WAIT to file the formal cancellation just to charge you for TWO months instead of one as per the agreement then harass you.
