    What is the pricing?

I don't have an answer for that. If you called the number on the front of the studio, I know that someone there could help you with the pricing. You won't find a better place to help you get into a better physical and emotional state of well-being.…

I asked if they had a water station, which I was given attitude as well for asking this question. It's as if a water station is not a normal thing at a work out studio so I don't understand the attitude in the response. They probably wanted me to buy their water which I can understand, however it was the attitude given to me that bothered me. I took a break outside of the class and there were other girls outside taking a break as well, indicating that they had empty water bottles and the heat was too much for them but they didn't have any water. I gave more stars than I wanted because of the instructor, Sam. She was so nice and accommodating and I loved her energy. She checked in on the people taking breaks, I appreciated her teaching the class!

After going about three to four times with my fiancé, I realized I loved the environment. Mikenzi, who already knew our names, helped us correct our posture during class. This positive experience led me to cancel my ClassPass membership and finally get my membership because this place is fantastic. Everyone in the front is incredibly friendly, at least during my visits. I'm completely new to yoga, and when I took my first class, I was quite nervous because I had limited experience with the Bikram method. However, Maho took her time at the beginning of class to explain it to me, and even after class, she spoke to me to provide feedback and answer any questions I may have had.

I love the 24/7 accessibility and the ability to usually have your own sauna. With that being said, I do have some recommendations or things to keep in mind: -I wish the saunas were bigger! They say that it's big enough for 3, but 2 is definitely cramped in the saunas. -The saunas are not built for tall people. I am 5'4 and lay down all the way across the sauna (facing the instructors) -The classes do not vary that much. They are supposed to change every month but I notice some do not change or if they do, the variations are not that different.

This place has made the transition so much smoother for me, both physically and mentally. What I love most is the flexibility. It's open 24 hours, which is a huge deal as a busy mom. I can come in early in the morning or late at night, depending on what my day looks like. The system they use to keep the studio secure makes me feel really safe--entry is code-based and the doors stay locked, which gives peace of mind during early morning or late night sessions. The workouts themselves are incredible. The infrared sauna element adds a detoxing benefit that I genuinely feel. When I stay consistent, I notice a big difference: less pain and inflammation, improved flexibility, better posture, more energy, and a clearer mind overall. I also love that they have a dedicated weightlifting area! They offer a variety of free weights up to 50 pounds, a TRX setup, and a cable machine that allows for a full range of exercises. Being able to combine the benefits of infrared workouts with traditional strength training in the same visit has been a game changer for me. The studio is always very clean and well maintained, and I really appreciate that it's not overcrowded. Sure, there are peak times like any gym, but it's generally easy to get in, out, and book a session without stress. The staff is also amazing--always kind, helpful, and welcoming. You can tell they care about the environment and the people coming in. If you're looking for a unique, safe, and effective workout space that works with your lifestyle, I can't recommend HOTWORX Santee enough!

Extremely Disappointed - Felt Neglected and Discriminated I…read moredon't usually leave reviews for a Jiu Jitsu establishment, but I feel compelled to share our experience with Infinity Jiu Jitsu. My son, who has been diagnosed with ASD, was scheduled for his second trial class. We showed up early and waited patiently--for over 35 minutes past our appt time. There was no front desk staff to check him in, and the coach told us to wait for the check in person and proceed to completely ignored us. He clearly started the 4 PM class we were scheduled the trial for. Shouldn't there be a list of students prior to starting the class for the coach to see? It felt like we were invisible just because we weren't paying members yet. This was supposed to be a welcoming environment, but instead, we were left feeling neglected, disappointed, and discriminated against. On top of that, the facility itself was cramped and located next to a foul-smelling dumpster--not the kind of place I'd want my child to spend time in. I don't know how this place had operated before with all previous year 5 star reviews, but as of today, they have clearly lost their touch and a potential enrollment. I'm so glad we didn't sign up. No child--especially one with special needs--should be made to feel this unseen. If you're looking for a place that respects and supports every student, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere.

I attended their monday evening oneness blessing many years ago, and my boyfriend and his mom suggested we go (i mean it had been so long..and why!?) yesterday, but we were not sure they still had it on monday nights. We arrived at 7 pm to find Katherine (the gentle soul who does the blessings) leaving, with the parking lot empty. We were so sad until she let us know that she was heading over to the golden hills community center where they hold the blessing every other week. We raced over there just in time. The blessing consists of a short centering meditation followed by approximately 1.5 hours of the people conducting the blessings laying their hands over your head. After this you lie down and take in the blessing. It was a wonderful experience, and everyone there was so welcoming and inviting. I am not sure why I haven't been in many years. It is amazing that this is free, and that people donate their time to essentially give all their energy and healing to you for 2 straight hours. I am so happy that this place exsists. I hear they have a lovely gift shop with many amazing crystal specimens and yoga also. I have been looking for a place to do yoga, and this may be the place!

It's mind boggling how she knows that your foot, arm, head, etc. needs to move just one to two inches to get the most out of each pose. Her precision to breathing benefits us all, long after we've left her studio. Her meditative voice is intoxicating. It's as if any worries of the day are not allowed into this sacred place. Catherine's hypnotic tone gently engulfs your mind and you willingly surrender to a welcoming calm. I have searched for several years for the "perfect" yoga class, one that is peaceful, serene, loving and still offers deep poses and gentle stretches. I am so grateful I found Heart and Soul, a small intimate yoga studio giving me all I've wanted and much more. I travel from Point Loma to La Mesa because I want the best and it's well worth it.
