East County offers 3 different options at each workout, level 1, level 2 and an alternate option (like weight vest Wednesday), plus a fun partner workout on Fridays. Any one of any fitness level is able to join with the help of these fabulous coaches. My favorite part about East County is that it gave me a community when moving to a new city.
