Club Pilates can be a good workout when you have a good instructor. Katie and Christine are great. Id give them 5 stars. They are nice and constructive with their corrections. Jazmin, however, is condescending, as other reviews have mentioned. I couldn't hear her talking over the music because she mumbles/has an accent. She's not good at describing movements. I don't think English is her first language, which is fine, but she used words with multiple interpretations and spoke down to me when I misunderstood. Unfortunately, she teaches so many classes, and I think she's the only level 2 instructor. Cardio sculpt class is not worth it, in my opinion. Save your 30$. I don't have bad knees, but I felt like that class messed up my knees. There was too much jumping on the reformer. One guy even left the class early - maybe because Jazmin is a bad teacher or maybe because that class was 50 minutes of messing up your knees. :/ But Katie and Christine Reformer Flow 10/10! read more

Bait and switch, then CHARGE the member! Advertising and presenting schedules for a known excellent trainer who had left the organization. She has opened her own exquisite studio. I called twice to confirm that she (JAZMIN) would be teaching the class. I was told yes. I asked about my understanding that she had left. The receptionist told me she would definitely be teaching the class, even the day before. So I went to the studio. Guess what? Jazmin as not there. I have had too many negative experiences with CP trainers so I left. Guess what happened next? CP charged my card for $20 no show. I called and wrote to my home studio describing all I have written here. Since my unlimited membership allowed me to go to both Palm Beach Gardens CP and West Palm Beach CP, I thought my home studio would assist in resolving the issue. I was wrong. CP Palm Beach Gardens told me I had to contact the WPB location. Instead I called the credit card provider and requested that no further CP charges be approved. I had at that point already experienced erroneous charges that no one at CP could resolve. Specifically, I notified the studio that I would be under medical care and needed to suspend my membership under doctor's order. BUT they charged me anyway. When I contacted them, they apologized and told me they would not charge me to the next month. That sounded fine to me and I agreed. BUT they charged me for that month also. After yet another lengthy conversation with the manager, I advised that I would be ending my relationship with Club Pilates the next month (October 2025). Guess what? I get texts and phone calls throughout the day from a third party because my October payment was not approved. Fortunately American Express Company has excellent customer service and is not approving any charges from Club Pilates. read more

This isn't about this studio in general. Club Pilates should not allow their members to book so far in advance, therefore not allowing clients trying out the studio to have to wait weeks to try a class. I am also a busy women, would like to book in advance. I bought 1 class for $30 only to have it expire because I wasn't able to book and then was gone out of town for my wedding. read more

I don't see the hype for this business. There were a handful of different style classes to change things up but none that made me feel any kind of body composition changes afterwards ... IF you can even get off the waitlists into the classes. You have to get on a waitlist days to a week in advance. It made planning fitness into my schedule pretty inconvenient. I finally decided to cancel my membership for something more challenging and worth my money and time but had to continue to follow up emails and phone calls, let alone remind someone at the front desk more than once to get that ball rolling. I would say beginners could take this class but there's a difference between feeling pushed to get better and stronger and the way Jazmin B talks condescendingly to you. Get more bang for your buck and body elsewhere. read more

What a discovery! I started Pilates about a year ago and it changed my health and improved my life; namely my posture, strength, and stamina. The instructors are caring, kind and knowledgeable. Savannah is delightfully spirited and always provides and allows modifications. Lisa is wonderful in the 1.0 class. She thoroughly explains the movements in tandem with the breathing and has a sweet disposition. I took a couple of private and group classes with Fabi and Jazmin. They, too, are wonderful, and helped me to understand the Joseph Pilates trinity of body, mind, and spirit; however, be prepared to be challenged by them. In fact, my journey with Pilates thus far has taught me that a lot of it is about the challenge and discipline. I imagine this why the great Balanchine partnered with Pilates back in the day. As far as scheduling is concerned, I always get the classes I want because I sign up well ahead of time. In the middle of the month, I sign up for the following month. Katie and Lauren in the front desk are delightful and always willing to help me with scheduling and other issues. This studio exemplifies the Pilates quote: "Every moment of our life can be the beginning of great things". A positive discovery indeed! read more

Tried out my first Pilates class and it was so much fun! I regularly work out but the stretching and muscle engagement used in pilates is unlike what I've experienced before. The instructor moved all around helping everyone and correcting everyone's form when needed. Highly recommend this studio if looking for a bit of a different, relaxing yet challenging exercise! read more
