I can truthfully say I've never had a negative experience at this studio. The instructors are beyond kind and so attentive during classes, taking the time to make sure you get the best workout possible. I was nearly late with a minute to spare and the instructor was so incredibly kind which meant alot to me because I hate being late and felt so bad but she truly did not make a fuss about it but was so so sweet. The owner is amazing and so incredibly helpful. I truly look forward to my classes and have never left regretting a class. Melanie is an amazing instructor who truly loves her job, as well as Candace and Hailey who all have different ways of doing their classes that make it so fun and enjoyable! I've brought about 6 friends with me to try classes who all decided to sign up after for the same reasons I listed above. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, both from the teachers and other people in the class. I appreciate that it never feels competitive or like a fashion show- the classes are full of men and women of all skill levels, ages, and body sizes. It feels safe and I never feel bad if I take a class and end up laying down for most of it! So grateful that the no phones/recording in the studio rules are actually enforced. They offer a variety of classes, from power to yoga nidra, and the workshops are amazing and top quality. My recommendation- do your bedtime skin routine, brush your teeth, put the comfiest clothes on, and then take the yin and sound healing class which ends at 8:30pm. Once home, go straight to bed for the best sleep of your life. Grateful for this space that has been healing for my body AND spirit.

The West Palm Beach location is a gorgeous addition to downtown. It's sleek, modern, and welcoming. The studio smells amazing, the reformers are spotless, and the staff is friendly. The students are fit, and the instructors are bold, confident, and know exactly how to push you. Some of my personal favorites are Leah, Lexi, and Vittoria. They all use the mic well, which makes the class easy to follow and stay in rhythm. This will be one of the hardest workouts you'll ever do. It burns. It shakes. It will cinch your waist, tighten your core, and improve your posture. The results are real. If you've never done this style of Pilates before, just be ready. You may hate it, you may love it, or you may love to hate it. But one thing's for sure, you'll see results if you keep showing up. For me, it's almost like a moving meditation. The music starts, and I drop into the zone. I've been doing JetSet and similar styles for years, and with great cuing, I rarely need to look up. I just move. About 95 percent of the instructors here are excellent with their cues, which makes for a seamless, intuitive workout. The remaining 5 percent may get a bit too creative at times, which can be slightly confusing, but that's rare and part of the growth curve. I'm one of the older students in class, but I hold my own and often surpass some of the younger ones. Years of yoga and dance training help, but mostly, I've just stuck with it. I say this to encourage my fellow Gen X'ers and beyond to get in there. This kind of movement will keep you mobile, strong, and sharp as you age. The studio has secure lockers for your belongings, and parking is easy with a one dollar paid lot just across the street. It's right in the heart of downtown, so you can easily pair your workout with lunch or shopping. Just don't be late. They have a strict five minute cutoff, and I respect them for it. I learned that lesson the hard way. JetSet isn't just Pilates. It's power, presence, and precision. And yes, it will change your body.

Some of the moves remind me of a far better version of physical therapy, and the heat helps you repair, build muscle, and tone. The instructors are all fabulous. The room is small and mostly filled with a younger crowd, but my fellow Gen X'ers, don't let that shy you away. If you can hang with Gen Z in here, you'll walk out feeling stronger and more empowered than ever. Classes often fill up, so booking ahead is smart. They also have a great infrared sauna and two cold plunges. My only constructive criticism is that the sauna and cold plunges are in separate rooms, so you can't do contrast therapy by going back and forth easily. And the shower in the cold plunge room is cold, so there's no way to warm up between plunges. I urge them to bring hot water into the plunge room shower. Just note that the sauna and cold plunge must be booked separately, and they come with an additional charge. They have a clean restroom stocked with anything you might need, including deodorant, hair ties, lotion, and more. There are cubbies for your belongings, though you can't see them during the workout. I bring my own lock, so that's something to keep in mind if you prefer keeping items secure. They also sell some clothing. The reception desk is always warm and welcoming. Parking can be a bit of a challenge since it's mostly street parking and some spaces require a permit, but you can find open parking if you pay attention to the signs.

She always takes the time to make sure that each client is well taken care of. I have a nerve issue on one of my feet and she always wraps the bar of the reformer to make sure that I am comfortable.
