I booked a Pilates reformer class through ClassPass and the class was basically cancelled. I showed up during my extended work break to workout just to not even workout. When I got there the studio was completely empty and the front desk receptionist stated she tried contacting me (a lie) to notify me that I was the only person that booked the class (shocker) so they cancelled it. They did offer for me to come to the next class in a hour and half, but I was not able to. I ended up reaching out to ClassPass for a refund. I will never go here again!

My daughter started going at 14 months and absolutely loves it, which gives me total peace of mind while I work out. The facility is always spotless--from the gym floor to the spa showers--and smells amazing. The front desk team is super helpful and has gone above and beyond for me (even helping me find my lost keys!). I've accidentally left valuables behind a few times, and they've always been returned--huge trust factor here. I also take the pickleball class with Coach Alex and have gone from beginner to intermediate. Great vibe, great community. Due to the lack of parking I had to circle around and this caused me to arrive 7 minutes late to the class. The rude attendant at the front insisted that the teacher would not allow me in. But I know so many times I have seen people enter way beyond the 7-10 minutes. She stood there and argued with me and instead of letting me in. This behavior is the worst I have ever experienced. I have been attending class all over during my work travel to cities including New York, Miami. It is the gym's responsibility to provide parking and the fact that they don't even validate should mitigate a 7-10 minute grace period. The same girl at the front didn't care that I would leave this review. Also later that day I made it to a class and noticed a woman walked in 7 minutes late with no issue.

The class went through a thorough warmup and the coach broke down the movements in a digestable, yet challenging way. I've been doing Crossfit for four years but it was so good to revisit the basics of the squat. I learned some great things that I'll take home with me and got a challenging workout. The coach also looked out to make sure I understood what was going on and where things were. If I lived in town this would be the gym I'd join.
