I have chronic pain issues and come here for Thai massage. I have had great results from it where it relieves pain better than anything. Todd is really great at what he does and is a great guy too. Native Yoga is absolutely the best yoga studio in Palm Beach County! This has been my home studio since 2009 and I recommend to everyone of all ages and levels. Wonderful yoga studio, pleasant folks! This is a neat little yoga near my mom's house. It's very close to the beach and if you are in Juno Beach, Jupiter, Palm Beach Gardens, and West Palm Beach it's worth the look. I had never done Yoga before, my mother has been going weekly. She says she loves it and it really helps her out. They have Ashtanga Yoga / Vinyasa / Traditional Thai Massage / Workshops, so there is all kinds for all levels. I had no idea what I was getting into. We bought a mat and towels and it was a wonderful experience. Todd was our instructor that day and he gave wonderful pointers, lots of personal help with the stretches and poses. It was a very positive experience and a very positive environment. First rating is 1 star: I took two classes here. One was with Kerry. I have to say he has to be the worst instructor I have ever experienced. I was super unhappy when I say he was instructing since I had had a bad experience with his instruction at another studio. But whatever I had paid so I was going to finish. The other rating is a 4 star. This 4 star is for the class I took where they did restorative with acupuncture. This was relaxing and exactly what I needed. I would come back but I would leave immediately if Kerry was teaching. read more

I've been working with native yoga for about five years. Tamara helped me strengthen before major spine surgery, and rehab after. Two major surgeries. I even joined in a retreat in Costa Rica last June. But the group classes were always a bit of a challenge with my spine issues. And I love classes for any kind of exercise/yoga/swimming. Gentle Yoga was recently introduced and I'm beyond happy. Amy is the instructor. She's knowledgeable, patient, soooooo helpful in showing modifications. Whatever your issues, this class works. We have props, walls, blocks - even chairs if needed. Amy comes around and helps adjust your position, gives encouragement, watches out for everyone. I graduated as a trainer for Sivananda in 2010 and now I am in my teachers training for Ashtanga at Native. I have tried many different yoga centers and yoga techniques and I found my home at Native. Native Yoga is a gem of a studio in Juno Beach Florida run by Todd and Tamara McLaughlin, these two have been practicing and teaching close to two decades. They're passionate, authentic, knowledgeable, practitioners and teachers who continue to stay on the pulse of what's current in the yoga world today and then make their own decisions as to what works for them and their students. Their teacher training is educational, thorough, and they take their time working with the individual. They understand yoga is a way of life, a lifestyle and not to be rushed. They talk the talk and walk the walk. Also, there's no competition at this studio which makes it really conducive to healing injuries, or moving forward at your pace, the way it's intended to be, a very personal practice, even though the energy in the room is shared by all. Excellent and clean yoga studio! Todd is great at massages too. There is also beach yoga offered. Todd and Tamara are the owners, and couldn't be friendlier and are so knowledgable. The staff is friendly and welcoming and they have great workshops. It's asthanga based so it's a similar routine each class. Also it's hot yoga but not bikram. I am a frequent member of Native and highly recommend the classes! read more

Found about this place from Yelp, as I was visiting my parents. Was originally looking for a massage, gave up, then tried yoga (I practice yoga--Ashtanga--and was hoping that I could get a rec from a studio.) Was so happy to discover Native Yoga, and that they also offered massage. Todd did an amazing job working out the kink in my neck/shoulders. This is by far my favorite yoga studio and hands down the best one you're going to find in palm beach county (dare I say Florida). People travel from far and wide to practice and train with Todd & Tamara, & their highly trained staff . I practice here weekly and I'm currently enrolled in their rigorous teacher training program. I took Todd's Ashtanga yoga class this morning. I am well versed in Vinyasa and have only dabbled with Ashtanga, but I very much enjoyed the discipline of the practice. Native Yoga is one of my favorite reasons to go to Jupiter. A well balanced Ashtanga practice with really great guidance by Todd. I have been going there for years. I have taken classes at 6 or 7 of the studios in the the Juno/Jupiter area, and this is by far the best. I take the Native Hour and Native Yoga classes, and after practicing for 4 years, find them challenging and fun. The teachers are incredibly friendly knowledgeable and attentive, and the other yogis are good to be around. Lots of workshops and levels available. We are fortunate to have this in our community. read more

Today was my first time trying Native Yoga. I had previously went to someone who attended their instructor training program (Stephen) and he was great. He closed his place last Monday but had told me of this Yoga studio in Juno Beach. Excellent first experience. I am interested in the instructor training program, and will attend in the summer. He went a little slower through the poses...but today was a great first workout here. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area or just here on vacation. read more

Great discovery on my visit to West Palm Beach. I took a couple of classes, both with Todd (one of the owners) who is a great instructor, offering valuable verbal direction and physical assists. It was my first "warm" yoga and I found the heat helped keep my muscles relaxed. I started practicing at Native a year ago and have been practicing yoga for 15 yrs. Having never done Ashtanga, it took some getting used to but this is such a great studio. Todd and Tamara are wonderful. They assist and work with the students so they get the most out of the class and help them progress in their practice. In one year my practice progressed more than in the past 15 yrs I've been doing yoga. While I really miss having some kind of music while I practice, I would highly recommend this studio and these instructors. They give yoga a GOOD NAME! read more
