It's super motivating and totally helping my posture, my well being, my body weight, toning, and is super fun! Not to mention totally helping me breathe better in a more productive way! I find group classes way more motivating than working out at a gym alone. A guided workout is so helpful! Plus most of the instructors are super nice and give individual help and corrections when needed. All different levels and ages of people take Pilates. It's a great place and club to be a part of! Every class feels intentional, high-quality, and super motivating. I've gotten stronger, improved my posture, and honestly just feel better overall.
