My favorite class is 26 and 2/Bikram, and I really enjoy Yogi Robin. She has a way of keeping you from thinking too much about how hard it is to hold a pose, even if it's only for 1 minute. She's an excellent storyteller who encourages experienced students to perfect a pose and equally guides those who are just getting started in their practice.

I was expecting a bit more intensity, but I ended up getting some really good stretching in as well as some practice with a few particular poses. It was challenging and refreshing in a different way and I really enjoyed it. The studio was very pain in orderly, but more than anything it was welcoming. With it being my first time, I was so pleasantly surprised to see a nice welcome note when I first walked in. It had my name on it and everything. I'm always a little skeptical of corporate yoga spots, but this one actually was quite warm and made me feel comfortable enough to come back. Plus, I really enjoyed the class. I might have opted for different music, but Melanie is at a great job. There is ample parking available in nearby lots. They offer refreshing eucalyptus towels. Following my initial assessment, Ariana advised me to join their small women's group to slowly build my strength as my body transitioned out of the sedentary rut I had been in. The small women's group has been the best money I have spent on my health. The times and the program work for me. And I especially enjoy the personal attention and challenge of the exercise routines. Core Effects has really helped me reassess how I look at my health. After the first month of doing the training, I immediately noticed how less tired I was.
