Trash! Just complete trash! I had a friend who worked 1 shift there and I came to visit her on a morning shift. They charged her money to never dance on the stage, every single employee was on their phone everywhere. The bartender, the DJ, ALL the dancers. The place was empty except for the people occasionally coming in for To Go food which makes the whole club reek of grease on top of the stale cigarette smell. I heard later when she FINALLY got 3 dances with a customer HOURS later. The guy by the dancer room said she did 4 and he told her she owed him extra money. She immediately contested. He ran away, got a manager with the bald head and he just fired her immediately without showing her any proof. I then later heard from other dancers that worked there that if you do "honest dances" [don't do anything extra] they charge you extra money or fire you since the manager wants to exploit women and this place is a well known whore house. Don't go here! Don't eat here! Don't work here! I've been to clubs all over the country and this is one of the sadder experiences I witnessed. Makes me sick that women waste their time attempting to make money at a Togo restaurant/brothel. STDs are real and thankfully I didn't catch one entering this "establishment". I don't know why this place doesn't have better reviews! It's a local favorite. It's known amongst big strip club goers in Philadelphia as a hidden gem. Horrible experience at the northeast location. I get it, you're a strip club. However, you tried to charge me for drinks I didn't order. When I received the check, I questioned the bartender, who gave me attitude. This is the point I asked to see the manager. The manager can out asked what was wrong. I explained the situation, he bluntly asked me how much was the difference. When I told him, 9 dollars, he scoffed and proceeded to pull out cash out of his pocket. He also said that the bartenders were to be fired. Essentially, the manager was being a weasel. After he gave me the cash, he told my brother and I we had to leave (which we were already leaving). As we went outside, he followed us out with the bouncers behind him calling us dead beats. I don't know how we could be called dead beats considering we paid the bill. Essentially, this was a terrible experience and from now on, if debauchery is on the list, we'll be going to the penthouse. Hopefully the owner(s) of risqué realize the incompetence that is represented by the manager and resulting loss of money. read more

My first time here. The girls are nice and very amicable. The staff are well trained and knowledge in the do's and don'ts. My favorite part was that the food service was actually very good. I never thought that strip club wings woukd be delectable. Not even local Chinese store chicken wing is this good. But apparently this one is. - So here's my reivew. first off i gave this location a 4 outta 5 becuase of the " professionalism ". which is Always important. however. i will NOT lie. ALL of club Risque's locations aren't cheap. in other words if you like to count your money ( your tight with your dollars ) then be mindful. i dont' go here as i did before; when i did i only went a few times anyways. as i said again. great professional establishment as far as not having to worry about dancer robbing you at gun point. ( yes folks there are some clubs these things happen. Not to me. Thank you Lord. but I've been told Plenty of stories ). So as i was saying. this establishment is really decent location especially if you dont' want to venture out to South Philly to Colombus Blvd ( which is the Flag Ship Club, and Is Far Far Better Atmosphere ).but you can enjoy yourself. plenty of nice ladies to look at annd play with. However be forewarned. some If not All of the ladies only allow you to Look & not touch and thats pretty much it nothing else as follows.....but again its a strip club. so if you want to touch genitals or skin you better off going elsewhere or get an escort . the South Philadelphia location is Far better. Basics: Free admission Sunday thru Thursday. Fri and Sat $5 after 8. $20 couch dances which seems to be the standard rate around Philly. Anyway, smaller and a bit less well appointed than the Risque on Delaware Ave/ Columbus Blvd. This club does, however, have a couple pool tables if you are inclined to play pool at a strip club. Lower ceilings and a smaller stage that at the Philly Risque. The night I was there there were a couple guys balling up dollar bills and tossing them at the ladies which I find a bit trashy, well, at least trashier than is necessary at a strip club. The obligatory old lady who really shouldn't be dancing was present and attempting to make eye contact (and later conversation with the goal of a couch dance) with me. A few good looking girls, though that evening there were many vying for their attention. Below the main floor(aka in the basement) is the "champagne court". For $200/ half hour you can go down there with the lady of your choosing to a smaller couch dance room (there are still two booths, so it's not necessarily completely private) and enjoy their company (possibly w/ full nudity) as well as a couple drinks. read more

Yelp's hours listed for Saturday (at least) are incorrect. Open til 2 or 3am at latest, NOT 4 am that that have listed. Other hours yelp has listed should be verified by Risque as well for the pathetic sad sacks like me who come here only to find that the doors are locked. And those same pathetic losers walked here, for 40 minutes due to boredom resulting from unrelenting insomnia.... read more
