Really really nice experience for a friend's birthday! We started with some house bread and the stuffed dates. The bread was to die for and came with some delicious salted honey butter. I was a little curious how it worked with how many pieces you got in an order since it was a charge dish, but we were happy with one roll each. The dates were very unique and tasty. My friends each got a cocktail that they enjoyed as well. I had a chicken caesar which had a really light and lemony dressing. We also had the steak frites and the rigatoni at the table, both of which were enjoyed and were large portions. One of my only complaints was that I was charged for a diet coke refill without realizing I would be charged for it. If I had realized that I would have stuck to one. Club Room is a refined restaurant at the newish Fidelity Hotel that became part of the Cleveland landscape in 2025. This hotel is one of ritziest in downtown, and has recently earned Michelin Key (Michelin Star equivalent for hotel). Club Room is atypically elevated experience for hotel dining. AMBIANCE: Club Room is attached to the lobby seating. As you enter the hotel, you'll walk right into the lobby and to the restaurant. The restaurant occupies multiple rooms - bar with adjacent dining room, dining room with sophisticated floral wallpaper, and back private dining space. The restaurant looks like it's from the pages of interior decor magazine - velvet seating, tasteful decor, moody lighting, lots of natural light, and gorgeous peeks of downtown. It gives contemporary vibes. The layout of the restaurant is awkward, it's like one long corridor. Since it's adjacent to the lobby it gets very loud during busy times and during special events. I was overwhelmed by the number of people during my visit. It's also quite complex to find the restrooms. One has to travel to floor one (lobby is not on the first floor), and navigate to the restroom. It seems like a lot of unnecessary effort. FOOD/DRINKS: I ordered Bonner Farm's Steak Frites ($50) which is steak and fries. I was really looking forward to tasting a meal here and did not like the food. I asked for medium meat preparation, it was well done, tasted too overcooked. The entire meal was drowning in salt - salt on the steak, too much salt on the fries. I love salt but it was excessive even for me. I wish that salt wasn't added and could be optional. I wouldn't order this dish again. Although I must say it was good for a hotel meal. The prep time was also very long but the restaurant was very busy so it's understandable. I ordered Polar Negroni ($18) and Spirit of Short Vincent ($20). Drinks were very well crafted and very strong. I really enjoyed them. The latter drink even had a wildflower. I was a huge fan of the drinks, and highly recommend them. If you're spirit free, your option is to add ritual free spirit. Speaking from experience, usually substituting alcohol ingredients with spirit free doesn't work as well as creating special mocktails. All this to say is I'd love to see spirit free menu. Happy Hour here is early, ends before 4 PM. Verify hours before you go. SERVICE: The service was very attentive, immediate, and welcoming. It was obvious that employees also got along with each other and empower each other. I appreciated feeling welcome and thanked for my visit even during peak busy hours. EVENTS: The hotel has been hosting events - Easter, opening day, Thanksgiving, and other special dinners that require reservations. More recently, they started hosting Sounds of the Land music series with local artists and various music genres. I also learned that there will be a summer series. Keep in mind that the concerts draw a huge crowd. Arrive early if you want to get seats in the lobby (next to the musicians) or in the restaurant. PARKING: Valet is available onsite. No private parking lot. There are plenty of covered garages in the area. My visit was pleasant overall. Although I can't say that I had some exceptional experience. I am likely to return for drinks. Came to Club Room for Valentine's Day dinner and was very pleasantly surprised! We weren't sure what to expect as we had a last-minute cancellation of our prior reservation and had to scramble. The ambiance inside Club Room was amazing and cozy and the service was great. Our drinks were fun and tasty. My favorite item we ordered was the goat cheese artichoke dip- the pita it came with was sublime. We also really enjoyed our main courses, especially the chicken schnitzel, which had perfectly cooked, crispy chicken and had a lot of complex flavors and textures that went so well together. For dessert, we split a slice of cheesecake which my boyfriend said may have been the best cheesecake he has ever had. Highly recommend for a nice dinner or date night - we had a great time!! read more

My husband and I had a stand out meal at the Club Room during a staycation at the Fidelity Hotel in early 2026. The first stand out is the decor - both in the Club Room and in the Fidelity Hotel, the atmosphere is drop-dead-gorgeous. It's intimate, inviting, and comfortable all at once. It's clear whoever helped design the hotel's restaurant put a lot of intention into it. The only thing that made our experience 4 stars instead of 5 was the service. We were sat at the bar directly facing two bartenders/servers, but I still found it hard to get their attention when we needed something. As for the food, it's divine. We started with two glasses of wine - one pinot noir, one sparking rose - which paired well with the warm bread rolls and honey butter we had as an appetizer. We then ordered a split of the chicken schnitzel - for a small surcharge they'll plate your order separately and beautifully. The chicken was moist, crispy, and perfectly fried. It sat on a bed of pureed beetroot mustard and was topped with fresno chilis, shaved fennel, frisee, mustard seed, and hot honey. The flavors play off of each other perfectly and I am already itching to go back and eat this dish again. read more

The Fidelity Hotel in downtown Cleveland was such a lovely surprise--absolutely beautiful with boutique vibes that reminded me of Magnolia style decor. The blend of modern finishes and rustic charm created a cozy yet elevated atmosphere throughout the property. Although we didn't get a chance to check out the bar or club area, the location was perfect for walking to all the nearby attractions. We caught a Guardians game and even made our way to the Jack Casino Hotel--all just a short stroll away, which made exploring the city super convenient. The only downside was the parking situation. There's no self-parking option, and valet is $52 per night. Also, after midnight, the front doors are locked, so we had to be let in by the front desk, which was a little inconvenient but understandable for safety. Overall, it was a great stay and I'd definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a stylish, centrally located hotel in Cleveland. read more

The Fidelity is a magical delight unlike any other found in downtown Cleveland, central to all downtown attractions The several times I've been to the Club Room, I've been exceedingly pleased by the food and drinks, and also the service. Upon entering, I've always been warmly greeted by the host/hostess. The interior of this hotel is gorgeous and the furniture is well made, unique:, and exceedingly comfortable. The local artwork that adorn the walls is fantastic. Now onto the food! The nonalcoholic IPA beer is a delight. Tastes just like a great IPA, minus the alcohol. The wine selection is of appropriate size and the reds I've had here have been great. The sweet and spicy nuts are served warm and have the perfect blend of spices. The portion size is ample enough to share. These are always a crowd pleased when we order them for the table to share. The steak frites (lunch menu) was cooked to perfection, large enough to take half home, well seasoned, and very tender. The blistered cherry tomato salsa verde atop the steak was wonderful. I had the option to have the cubed potatoes in lieu of fries and the cubed potatoes are not to be missed! Crispy on the outside and melt in your mouth tender on the inside. On my several visits, my dining mates had the Fidelity Burger and they have all been pleased. Cooked to order, flavorful, juicy, and perfect bun to patty ratio. The butterscotch pudding is a delight to share with a friend, as the portion is rather large. The service is always friendly and the waitstaff is always knowledgeable. Stopped in for lunch with my daughter while in the area recently, and everything was amazing! Pleasant, comfortable atmosphere, and our waitress was super efficient.
