Eventually it all worked. Store is located in the heart of historic O'Fallon, IL district. Arrived on time and were warmly greeted. Space is set up with some fun and unique doggy items up front, and the services in rear. Nail trims went off without a hitch-very friendly and capable staff doing the work, and I liked that they dremel sand the sharp nail edges! Staff then helped get us set up at the two wash stations. All supplies readily available including various shampoos and conditioners, brushes, towels etc. Liked the stations a lot, only downside was running out of warm water at the end. Overall very good experience and will use them again.

Normally, he jumps up on me when I've returned to a boarding businesses to retrieve him as he is so happy to go home. This time, he was very calm and took his time hopping into my vehicle.
