My baby rec'd 3 shots for $27. We arrived first thing in the morning, since the clinic was from 9am-12pm on May 2nd. Four Muddy Paws is housed in a strip mall with plenty of parking and there was a bank next door that looked to be closed on Saturday so that accommodated for additional parking. The clinic was held outside in the grassy area, they had a table set up, so it was first come, first serve. The paperwork was simple and they accepted cash or card payments. The wait time wasn't bad, it took us an hour from start to finish and the staff was really nice and loving to the babies and were ready for all types...meaning if your fur-baby was scared or frightened. We rec'd a free cookie from Treats Unleashed for the fur-babies and a $5 gift card. You select the one you want, an associate programs the machine and loads your new tag. Then you take over the keyboard by selecting how many lines you want. The next step is typing what you want on the tag and selecting a font. Final step is proofing and hitting the engrave button. When it's done engraving, you've got a fashionable tag for your new family member. The other item I needed was a coupler. I needed it for the seatbelt restraint. Instead of securing one dog, I now needed to make sure two dogs were safe while riding shotgun. As long as she is properly groomed. They call me back in an hour, tell me they could not remove all of the matting, she'd have to be taken to a vet & be sedated for it all to be removed. She'll be ready by 5. Ummmmm ok. I was annoyed because the owner bragged about all these credentials she had and how she's been in business for so long but couldn't handle matting. But whatever. They also tell me they would only charge me for what hair they could get off of her. my sister arrived to pick up my dog, and was informed that they indeed were able to remove all of her hair but did not bathe her at all. The owner then informed my sister that they had been working on her all day. Which is a lie, because when I called at 3:45 the owner told me they hadn't gotten to her yet! My sister said the owner then tried to clean it up and say "well we've been going back-and-forth with her all day." so which is it, were are you going back-and-forth with her all day or did you not get to her until 345???? Furthermore, if you have been working on her all day, by the end of the day she should be all finished and ready for a bath, right? I paid $70 for her to only get cut and they barely cut her nails. I feel like after they cut her, why couldn't she get a bath? She's 6 lbs and hairless now, her bath and blow dry should have not taken that long. Everything went well here despite ourselves. My boyfriend was coming into town to visit but he has…read morean anxious dog that hasn't met my anxious cat, so we thought it would be best to board him (he's REALLY good at "school") for the weekend while he was in town. His normal place sent him a last minute email that they had accidentally overbooked and he would be waitlisted. By last minute, I mean 30 mins before we were going to leave and drop him off. In a panic, we found Country Acres, who was able to take him last minute. They are incredible kind and patient, despite us getting every piece of information wrong. We knew his pup was in good hands, because all of the handlers we met were so nice and understanding, and at pick up explained he had actually ran out of food in the morning and they supplemented. The facility is extremely well maintained, offers additional services to really make your furry family member feel at home or pampered.

Then, my cat started experiencing tooth resorption, and they wanted to charge me $800 to pull a single tooth! Ended up going somewhere else where I paid half that. Everyone there is very friendly and the location is clean but I can't recommend them unless you have a *lot* of disposable income.
