The associates are great. The Manager is TERRIBLE. Purchased a cartridge when I got to my car I realized it was open. The associates did a good job of navigating the situation. When the Manager got involved, he totally dismissed the fact that it was open and said I opened it and could see where I had cut the opening. Didn't bother arguing with him. I've always had an OK experience with club 78 but this experience really shows the type of Customer Service they give I come into the smoke shop trying to purchase something as usual if a manager comes up to me and start an argument over nothing if he was having a bad day with his girlfriend I'm not sure but you know I come here and I spend thousands of dollars on product and they have the audacity to ban me the manager and the ownership of this place is terrible if I could recommend someone to spend money, I would tell him not to go here. Been coming here for 2+ years to get disposable vapes for travel last week I came in and bought a vape and upon opening the package the vape was defected. After coming back home and getting ready to travel again this week I decided to bring in the defected cartridge just to see what they would do and what type of Customer service they would offer a paying RETURNING client. To my surprise I was told there was nothing they can do. Really disappointed because I had come here for so long due to their broad selection of vapes which they NO LONGER HAVE. I bought a plug n play today ONLY because I had come from the other side of the city during hectic driving hours. They then reached out to me to ask happened after my last review. I explained and was told it would be looked into. Never heard back and now my review has been taken down! Shady! Security accused me of being rude to some one he claimed was "partial owner" of the shop. Come to find out she isn't and is just a rude nut job working there. I like coming here for the plug and plays because they typically go for 40. But recently I don't feel like returning because the girl during the morning who has big ass eyelashes, nails colored eye contacts has no hood customer service. Never smiles. Looks unmotivated. If you ask something it's like A drag for her to answer. Oh and she tried ripping me off. Will try to keep your change. They should get rid of this broad before she makes more people go away. read more
