Got a Rove pen here which I loved. Needed to get a new cartridge so I went and asked for a Rove cartridge, which I bought. Came home and found out that Rove has at least two different designed pens, and I got the wrong cartridge. Went back to get an exchange but was told since I opened it I couldn't. Great...how was I supposed to know there was two different designs? I had to buy another pen for $12 and had to use the ATM which charged me $3. $15 down the drain because they didn't do their job. I could have complained and asked for the manager, but guess what? I took care of my boys the previous night, worked 12 straight hours, and getting reamed from every possible chance life throws at me. You think I have the energy to do that? The associates are great. The Manager is TERRIBLE. Purchased a cartridge when I got to my car I realized it was open. The associates did a good job of navigating the situation. When the Manager got involved, he totally dismissed the fact that it was open and said I opened it and could see where I had cut the opening. Didn't bother arguing with him. Been coming here for 2+ years to get disposable vapes for travel last week I came in and bought a vape and upon opening the package the vape was defected. After coming back home and getting ready to travel again this week I decided to bring in the defected cartridge just to see what they would do and what type of Customer service they would offer a paying RETURNING client.
