My cards are nice, shiny and printed on high quality cardstock. I had a small order but I know they can be trusted to deliver all kinds of voluminous orders at the drop of a dime. Originally, my order was set to be ready on Jan 30th but they were available by Jan 23 which is a great turnaround time for those last minute orders needed without time to waste. If you are a small business, think twice before dealing with ClubFlyers / ClubFlyers.com. We have been struggling for weeks to get our refund. The flyers we received did not match the PDF proof and were THE WRONG SIZE. Our flyers was sloppily cut and ruined with random printing from a completely different order on the margins. I have yet to receive a straight answer from ClubFlyers about our refund. They offered to have the flyers shipped back to recut the flyers and remove the defective margins, but we have already ordered replacement flyers from a different printing company because we no longer trust the quality or integrity of ClubFlyers' services. We can't wait for them to fix what should have been done right the first time. Since we already ordered replacement flyers from another company, we want a refund. I've sent repeated email requests asking about our refund and all I get is static.  I started this order in October. Tl;DR - Clubflyers.com is unprofessional, has terrible customer support and delivers a low quality product. I've used ClubFlyers since the 90s. I put up with several years of mediocre printing and horrible customer service because back then, there weren't many options and they were super inexpensive, but I eventually gave up and switched to one of their competitors. This past month, I came back because they emailed me a sale, and it had been a few years and I was hopeful they had improved. I ordered 500 postcards. When they arrived, the color was way off - the reds were pink. All the other colors matched, but not the reds. The cut was shoddy. The material was cheap - they advertised heavy stock, but it was flimsy and unimpressive. But worse? They snuck an advertisement for their company on the actual flyer! Right there on the side, in tiny letters, it says "clubflyers.com"! I'm aware that they offer a cheaper price if you allow them to place their URL on your prints, but I specifically chose the more expensive option to avoid them advertising on my company flyer! And yet, somehow, they still managed to get their URL on there. I'm not even going to waste my time trying to get that $30 refunded. It looks like they're just as terrible as they've always been and I don't feel like dealing with their unfriendly, unhelpful support staff. Steer clear. When I didn't get my delivery within the "five business days" as promised, I called in a spoke to the Manager, who proceeded to "educate" me in the production time of my order. Consider me "educated." I put my order in on Monday June 25 for 1000 postcards. I approved the order on Tuesday, June 26 at 10:00am with the understanding that my order would arrive before July 5. Makes sense. On Tuesday, July 3 however, I received notice that my order would not arrive until Monday July 9. Clearly, there are a lot more than five business days between June 26 and July 9th than this company understands. Baloney. Needless to say Clubflyers missed the train because that thing left the station yesterday. Then, when called on dropping the deadline, the ClubFlyers manager pretended to front like he had something to say. Wha?! Now I understand why Dude wanted to give me a refund off the bat; This company doesn't want your business because they can't handle the work load they have. Amateurs. TOO BIG TO CARE: After using these guys for 15 years for consistent orders for my graphic design company, I'll never EVER use this company again. They NEVER REACHED OUT TO ME when my order got hung up and it got hung up for the stupidest thing of all time. I'm a designer for 30 years in nyc and have had nothing but problems with this company. Customer service was rude and abrasive and told me I don't know what I'm doing yet I uploaded a cmyk 300ppi flattened jpg with bleed, the exact size they needed with exact constraints but an inch too large. As in, I wanted 5x7 but uploaded 6x8 just to make sure the quality would be perfect. Apparently they don't know how to use constraints and so th job was placed on hold. No one called and I got no email. Clients deadline came and went and when I called they were rude and nasty to me. That was the third time in a row I had a job held up and screwed up my business. When I asked why they didn't call me he replied, " it's not our fault you didn't bother to call in and check on your order." ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? WHO CALLS AND CHECKS ON A PLACED ORDER??? No one that's who. When you place an order on Amazon, do you call in and follow up??!?! Of course not! Unless you are notified there's a problem you are expecting your order to arrive you arrogant jerk! He then told me, "you're better off with a smaller mom and pop shop then cause we get too many orders to deal with everyone." I swear those were his exact words. No problem! I agree -- the quality at ClubFlyers changes every month - I don't know why..but they can NEVER cut straight lines just as the ex-employee has mentioned. I have returned at least six jobs for reprints, which came back fine 1/2 the time - so I sent three back for a second round of reprinting. Four years ago they were the best in the game - but now everyone and their mom has a UV press in Florida. I've used these guys at least 12 times, and, at least 8 times been disappointed. I kept trying because they are inexpensive and I figured I'd give them a few chances to do right by me. What's happened, specifically?: Either the multiple packages got delivered to same address even though I specified different address for different clients- that'll teach me to order more than one thing at a time! Or, the cut was so obviously crooked that the client was embarrassed to hand out the card I designed and printed with clubflyers.com. (BTW, she loved the design!) Or, they cut and packaged the cards before letting the ink dry completely, so cards stuck to each other and ink from the front of the cards was pulled off/left on the back of cards... My humble opinion, these guys are doing far too much work to pay attention to little details like drying the product before packaging and shipping to the correct separate addresses- which, to a tiny operation like mine means I don't get things done while forced to figure out what the heck they did wrong now and I loose money/clients, or at least have to do a lot of explaining about reprinting and waiting for order credit. Sine the last screwy order I've found another company- one that I didn't have to call even once, or email customer service several times, or send back 100 examples of what I claim is messed up, or any of that... read more

Meh, I've experienced better is kind of an understatement. I've worked with print shops of this type (quick turnaround, UV only for rush, high order volume) and none of them have been as unclear as this. First off, their "24-hour turnaround" is NOT guaranteed 24 hours. My artwork was in before their office opened (10am) and not ready until 6pm the next day. If the name of the service in the turnaround schedule said "next day" and not "24 hour" that'd be acceptable, but 24 hours 32 hours. Second, their system does not save an item or cart through the crossover from guest to logged in, so you have to go through the actions of rebuilding the cart again once logged in because it's wiped clean. Third, and directly following the logging in part, when rebuilding a cart and adding new items, they default to adding their logo to all artwork, and it must be opted out of (for $10 more), so if you're frustrated at having to rebuild a cart after logging in and moving through the process quickly, it's easy to overlook--also extremely tacky and a very sly business move, that while not completely unheard of in this sect of the printing industry is still a bit on the lame side. All-in-all, I'll never go back, which is a total shame because they're local and my day job (not what I was printing this order for) could send a decent bit of business their way. And to be completely honest, I wouldn't have bothered posting this to yelp if it wasn't for their marketing material asking for yelp reviews that was placed in all 3 of my orders. read more

Boy am I glad I came on here and started reading the reviews, especially about their shipping problem to wrong addresses. Guess I am far from the only one this is happening to! Beware when you start an order it automatically charges you and autofills out your billing address as your shipping address. You need to then go back into your account and finish the order after your card has been charged, which is backwards. They are saying it stamps your with your billing address as your shipping address even before you finish completing your order on your end. Once you go in and upload your artwork, change your ship to address...you think everything is all set. It is not! They cannot see on their end that you've updated your shipping information. As a customer who uses many online printing companies, they have it completely wrong. The customer should be aware that what we are seeing is incorrect and somewhere on their site we should be made aware that we need to call them in order to update the shipping info in order that they can see it's correct and updated on their own site. I've discussed this with their customer service, with their managers and even with their managers manager. They all seem to think the customer is wrong. It's bad business practice and misleading. The Better Business Bureau is now involved and they will learn from their mistake. read more

I was a bit wary after reading a few of the older reviews but I have to say I never experienced any of the things the older reviews mentioned. It was a quick turnaround and I was able to mail out my invites right on time. They were really helpful with the design. I was happy that it all came out so nice. Communication could have been an issue since I'm in Naples and they are in Miami but it was smooth sailing and they were very responsive. I've used club flyers on various occasions over the past 15 or so years for different print projects and have always found our interactions to be professional. I've had rush jobs before and they came through in the clutch. Since I'm local, I like the fact I can walk in, deal with real people, pick up my order, and save on shipping costs. They also have some pretty great weekly specials that compared to similar companies are of a higher quality at less cost. I know there are a bunch of printing companies out there, but my positive experiences with Clubflyers have kept me coming back to them when I need a job done well the first time, whether it be paper flyers, stickers, posters, a vinyl banner, tickets, wrist bands, etc. They even have in-house designers if you need someone, so it's basically a one stop shop. I've made roughly 100 or so orders and have never had a single problem. We switched to Clubflyers when a competitor printed the wrong quantity of postcards and refused to correct or refund. Today, we received our 101st order and our 1st problem. Our banner was shipped to the wrong address (albeit on time and I'm sure it was beautiful). Clubflyers has very poor customer service and is involved in deceptive trade practices specially "bait and switch" which is illegal in Florida according to the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act. I will soon report ClubFlyers to the city of Miami and the Better Business Bureau. They first advertised "FREE business cards with FREE local pick-up" but when I tried to order online, payment would not go thru. I called office only for them to ask me to pay $5 per order for local pick-up. I paid the local pick-up fees for 18 business cards with the advertised 10 business days turnaround but after 2 weeks I called only for them to say they have too many paid orders to fulfil so I should pay simply regular price for my orders if I don't want to wait anymore and they couldn't guarantee any turnaround time for "Free business cards" because they have to give priority to the other people that are paying regular price. They asked me to call back next week to see if they can print the orders. So basically they advertised "FREE BUSINESS CARDS" only to offer their service at full price after making you wait a long time for your order. read more

I was a little hesitant about using club flyers when I saw the negative reviews. However, I was pleasantly surprised. I had 5000 postcards printed for a EDDM campaign. The colors were true and the edges were cut sharply and concisely. The customer service was great throughout the whole process, and they put up with me through my edits. An employee, Sergio, was so nice that he even allowed me to pick up my order when I arrived after closing time. This review is the result of Clubflyer's failure to resolve a misprint issue in June 2015, order #916350. As you can see, I gave them plenty of time to fix it ... After many years of seeing their ads, I finally tried Clubflyers. I had been hesitant because I agree with the adage, "you get what you pay for." But my band's bank was at a low point and we needed their cheap rate. I ordered folding business cards (tents?) to place on tables during our events (we're a party band). Knowing these cards would be placed as a tent, I designed each side to appear upright when folded. I figured this would be obvious and logical to a company that does millions of cards, but just in case, I labelled my files VERY clearly. I also made the same design on the interior of the tent, but with a much darker background. I used their templates to the exact instructions, and approved their digital proof. After a while, I'm wondering where my cards are ... no package or tracking data ... then I get a call from some guy in the print shop. Literally, he calls and says he's in the print shop about to print my order but he is confused by my layout and wants to check if the design is right. I explained it to him on the phone. Meanwhile, I am wondering why they bother with a digital proof ... or file names, for that matter ... Does he know how to read? It's a really simple design, nothing fancy, no UV Spot or anything ... My cards finally arrived and guess what. Layout is opposite of the folding score. Dark side is outside, and the outside is interior. Ridiculous. I mean, how hard is it to follow instructions? I emailed immediately and complained that the folding score had been cut the wrong way. Some girl named Lauren from "Operations Department/Customer Service Representative" replied asking for pictures. I snapped some photos and emailed them back to her, clearly showing the scoring problem. For those who don't know, if you try to fold the tent cards against the score (folding them backwards) they don't really stay folded and what's worse, the cardstock along the fold gets all wrinkled and ugly like the knuckle of a finger when bent backwards. Well guess what ... Lauren never replied. Yes, I wrote her again asking what happened, in case she had gotten a little busy. I even wrote from a different email account, in case the first was going to her spam folder. My last message to her was February 17th. Now I am reviewing on Yelp instead. read more

As a customer of almost 10 years I am truly saddened and disgusted with this company. Their customer service is horrible, they refuse to assist customers and if you do get a manager on the phone they tell you things like "Oh Well" or "Was not me so...." I order for 3 different companies and GTC Media consistently fails to deliver on time with quality service. I guess the saying is true you get what you pay for. Their prices are great and you would think that when you pay extra for shipping and additives they would ensure your product delivered properly and printed correctly. WRONG! You can pay triple and they will still respond with Oh Well we can't send it to print or worse when they tell you we can't print it because it is not cost effective for us. Wow really, on an order of over 1k prints? They will not email you, call you or send any other notification if there is an order issue. It could be as small as a margin error. THEY DO NOT CARE AND THEY WILL NOT CONTACT YOU! You literally have to consistently call them, be placed on hold numerous times and then even after all that they will not provide a solution to you and make you wait a min of 2-5 days to get your prepaid order. Why does the customer have to do the work you pay your employees to do. Needless to say I am no longer a customer and WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE! read more
