The gentleman who fixed/adjusted our table did a super job; hate those wobbly tables I always manage to find. The menus were clear and the ordering was super easy. The end product went way above our expectations. My dining partner ordered the Chicken Salad plate with a pasta side included. The chicken was fresh, tender and delicious [I stole a piece] and the penne pasta was just right while the celery and walnuts added crunch. I had the Salmon Wrap with spinach, avocado and ginger vinaigrette. The wrap was huge and the salmon perfectly cooked while the added ingredients made the dish even better. I had my catalytic converter cut out of my car overnight and found out from other women in similar situations that it was a regular occurrence that interval house WAS in fact aware of. Because I did not make enough money, and now had no working vehicle, they left me to be homeless because I could not relocate my entire life from Hartford county all the way over to Windham, almost an hour a day. I was referred to 211 and left to either live in a broken car in a hotel parking lot or go back to my abuser's house, because CT is a not a right to shelter state and 211 doesn't give immediate shelter. My worker, Edna, did absolutely NOTHING to help me find some kind of help in the county I lived in and needed to stay in due to the several doctors and daily appointments I could not just move to Windham. I ended up spending all of my savings just to stay in the hotel for as long as I could but without any friends or living family I now am living back in my abuser's home where I am struggling to survive on a daily basis. They will not help you. They will hang up the phone on you. You are better off being homeless or hoping to God you get someone else that maybe will help. This place did nothing to help someone who was abused their entire life. I was left to fend for myself and now I'm back to square one. I was told maybe they weren't the right program for me. Don't expect anything from them.

Perhaps it does the job of preventing birds from nesting there, but must it be so deafeningly loud? It is free for individuals to use, so it is nice to visit. B_entertained High…read morehopes, high disappointments. I wish I'd seen a review that helped me dodge this bullet. If you are planning a wedding, choose someone else. We used to B_entertained to supply the rentals for our wedding reception at Egerton Park. As we prepared for the event, they made mistakes. For example, they sent us quotes that were triple the price of what they should have been, and which we would've had to pay if we hadn't contested them. In every zoom meeting, Mike kept his camera off, which felt creepy and unprofessional. The company was also unclear about their cancellation and 72 hour policies. However, we took this in stride, and we were ready to let them work things out. We thought we were having a communicative experience with their customer service, and were hopeful that it would go well. At the reception, the generator shorted out one hour before the end of the event. We had paid for the larger generator, but it still gave out. Fortunately for us, our family and friends pulled together and used phone lights to keep the dancefloor lit. We brought our own speaker that was battery powered, and without it, the music would have stopped too. I'm very grateful we didn't also hire a DJ through this company, as their equipment would have stopped working when the generator did. What was most disappointing to me was my experience when I called Mike to discuss this with him. I expressed my frustrations in the hopes that he could explain what happened. But Mike was combative, aggressive, and told me that it was our fault. When I made that phone call, I was prepared to write a review about how, even though the generator stopped working, they worked with us to find a solution. But Mike hung up on me before I had even finished talking. I hope the recording of the call will be made available to me. If he had dealt with me on the phone call kindly, then I would be writing a very different review. But I am immensely disappointed with the service, this reaction, and the way that he treats you once he has your money. I do not recommend this company.

We took on B_Entertained for our wedding day event, and they kept the music going and people…read moredancing all night long! The DJ was at the perfect level of excitement for the group, we had a combination of fun dances and popular songs. The music quality was perfect, and they even brought lighting to make the dance mood under the tent even more fantastic! The sound system for the ceremony (we had our own violinist) was just what we needed, and mics didn't have any quality issues. Highly recommend their services!
