I came in with my newborn son and my mom, and after waiting a few minutes without being acknowledged we walked up to the front desk to ask for help. A staff member assisted us and showed a few bands. When I found one I liked, I asked if it could be made in yellow gold. She said she would check with the vendor and offered to clean my engagement ring so I could look at the bands with my clean ring. After a few minutes, she returned with my ring, and when I asked to try on another band, she told us she was now helping someone else and couldn't assist us further.This was surprising since she had been helping us the entire time up to that point. I was ready to move forward with purchasing a ring but never received an answer about pricing and was told no when I asked to see another option. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

If you are looking for a unique ring here is the place to go. They are very patient as you pick out your jewelry and don't try to upsell you. They listen to what you are looking for and help you find just what your heart desires. Their jewelry is truly magical I love that they have free cleanings and they always check to ensure the stones don't come loose. We try to come once a month or every other month depending on our schedules. Run don't walk as they are closing their doors around Christmas as it's time to retire. They have a big sale going on now and I'm hoping to get some matching earrings. It's going to be a sad loss to the community when they close their doors.

She dropped what she as doing and spent time sketching out some ideas for how to mount the ring in silver. We settled on a dessign (I wanted a more masculine forefinger ring) and within a week she had a full sized wax model that I could try on and suggest any modifcations ... the model looked great as is! A few days later the ring was finished. It looked awesome and was exactly what I hoped for! I can't say enough about CG Designs.!
