Loaded with money, added detergent, waited til machine started moving then placed an alarm. 30 minutes later I'm back and clothes are completely dry. Not a drop of water on the clothing. Had to jiggle the handle to get everything started. I guess ask a regular that can hopefully point you in the right direction.

As a patron I've always been kind and polite and I'm always met with nasty. Looks short remarks and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. What's unfortunate is that the establishment is actually very clean and very well maintained & spotless as well as maintained at a very comfortable temperature. However, due to this poor treatment I have received I cannot in good conscience recommend this place unless somebody wants to be treated on a Sunday while getting their laundry done in the event that they need any assistance whatsoever, and that assistance can be something as simple as asking for a tissue or paper towel.

I requested my tablecloth be ready in four days, and they happily accommodated. The young man assisting me even showed me that my $5 discount would be applied at pickup. Four days later, I returned and was in and out with a perfectly cleaned and pressed tablecloth--and my discount had been applied! I will definitely be coming back for all my dry cleaning needs. The rewards program is a fantastic bonus--the more you visit, the more you save. Highly recommend!

On the positive side: Clean inside, close to Pineapple Grove district if staying in that area. Note: Name of business isn't correct on Yelp here. Their sign says Tropical Wash.

This shop…read morenot only completed the repair, but they went beyond the basic repair, matched up the metal rings to make the bag look more polished than it was when I first bought it, and sewed unobtrusive black leather patches over the canvas around the rings to make sure that the rings wouldn't tear through the canvas again. Some women have collections of purses in different sizes and colors that they accessorize daily. I don't. I seek out and acquire one sturdy but lightweight black fabric purse (with multiple pockets and compartments that can keep me organized) that I use all the time except for very dressy occasions, and generally, I use that bag for years until it's no longer usable. I set up the bag so that each pocket or compartment holds very specific items, and I become very accustomed to how it's set up. I hate having to change bags. This shop understood exactly what I needed, and went above and beyond. The next time I need that kind of repair, or any alterations, I'm coming back to this shop. The repair wasn't cheap, but it was worth every penny. They do excellent work.

The gown fits perfectly, and it is now very stunningly elegant Lena also tailored my back up gown... which I ended up wearing! It was the perfect length, and I was able to walk around the party gracefully and effortlessly.

Dr. Goldfarb did an implant for an area where i had no tooth for YEARS - and obviously needed bone graft- and I saw he was not planning on doing so- I questioned and was very surprised but he insisted there was no need! well he is the expert! needless to say I ended up with horrific infection, high fever, antibiotics for two weeks! and..it had to be removed!! of course I was not happy this office collected over $6,000.- (six thousands dollars) and did nothing!! when I tried to question and proved him wrong time and again- HE BLOCKED ME! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DR!! granted I was not suspicious, but I should have been more careful!! watch out!!
