He was professional, courteous and took the extra step to drive by my home ahead of time so he could bring out samples of shingles in colors I might like. I appreciated that. I liked that Ascent was local. Being a Navy brat, I appreciate the company is owned/operated by vets. Bill answered all my questions and got my project scheduled quickly. The crew arrived at 6:30 AM and was done by just after 12:30PM. They were very careful to tarp above my landscaping to protect it. They worked quickly and efficiently. Afterwards, they were meticulous with clean up, going over not once but twice with the magnets to find practically every nail in my grass and landscaping. They missed very few. They used a leaf blower to get any debris off deck roof, deck, driveway and walkway. Bill returned after the crew left and he courteously "tweaked" a few things for me. Worked with Steve Reel, start to finish, along with other members of the team. Steve came out and figured out our problem, explained it well, and gave us an estimate (which they ended up beating when the work was finished.) The crew came out less than a week after I gave the go-ahead, and finished up in an afternoon. He came back a few days later and inspected it, and left the bill. Reasonable price for the amount of work they did. Easy to contact, easy to deal with, and no leaks.

We had them come up and spray our roof. We paid them up front when they finished spraying. Next rain storm we had 4 leaks in our roof! We called and they came up checked it out and stated we don't believe it was anything we did! My husband worked on the roof and got part of it stopped! We will have to reroof the house next spring.
