First, we still have construction garbage that they have not picked up after multiple texts almost a year later. Then about six months in, on the front of the house all the siding near the top windows have circular bulges around each window. Multiple texts and saying they will look into it but have done nothing. Came home after Christmas and now a piece of siding on the top of the back of the house just fell off. No wind, no storm, just fell off. I would never recommend then to anyone. We have yet again sent another text and waiting for an answer with no action. Our next step will be the better Business Bureau and contacting our insurance company to make sure they are not on any approved list to be used.

I Hired Apco to put new siding on my house, it did not need it we really just wanted a color change…read moreand a new look, what a mistake! I am giving one star only because you must to leave a review. I told the salesman that I had extensive construction back ground and wanted to make sure the siding was installed correctly, he told me that there crews are so good they never have problems! I said I want to make sure the siding is left with proper room to expand when hot and shrink when cold, also nails are to be in the nail slots loosely so siding can move horizontally when expanding. I was told it woud take six weeks for them to start, at eight weeks I was calling them beause I had not heard anything and weather was now getting cold, finally they called with a start date. The day they came out Jay who was the supervisor showed up to meet me and we talked for ten minutes and he left! I went to an appointment, when I came back nine workers none of which could speak any English were there. Hitting the nails far to forcefully there work was beyond sloppy, siding cut to long or to short! The salesman said it would take seven to eight days to complete the Job, they were done in one day! These people do not know what a level is used for evidently, I have siding that is not level and started at different heights on each side of electical conduit on the front of my home so it looks ridiculous! Our house house has several exposed areas where improper cuts were made and are now subject to water infiltration. We have had them out two times to let them fix some of the visual problems, I have wasted my time walking around showing Jay the superintendent all of the eye sores and he gets two items fixed and says they are done! At this point we have siding up high on the east side of our house that was cut to short, but clearly not nailed properly because it is starting to come off! Our experience to this point has been terrible and we are still trying to let them make it right. The biggest problem is the siding being nailed to tight and cuts that are to tight, which leads to warping and leaking in the years to come. I have the manufacturers istallation instructions which were clearly not followed, and voids the manufacturers warranty. The proper solution would be to tear the siding off and have a trained supervised crew start over! I could go on but this is already to long save yourself a lot of grief and premature aging and find a company that cares about quality!

I was traveling when they started so managing their incompetence on entering my house was a pain. As the work started they team kept on schedule. Unfortunately, I was told the job was complete...when I came home to what I thought was a brand new, CLEAN subway tiled shower...I was mistaken. Noor told me it was complete yet the dark grey penny tile floor was covered in stains of white gook and the white subway tile wasn't clear of the gray grout they used. It is now day 4 of me trying to get his worker to come out and clean up their mess. Noor has NOT been to my house and review his shoddy workmanship. NEVER again. I had used his team on smaller projects and was somewhat pleased but this is definitely not a company I will work with ever again. Before the job started he asked me to review his work. I am certain he won't be happy that I have. Good luck to anyone who uses his rag tag team of random workers who he believes could show up whenever they wanted to in order to get the job done. I was asked if workers could stay till 7:30pm and when we actually confirmed timing for arrivals those times were missed. BTW this listed me as from SF, CA. I am in Clintonville Ohio

Didn't mind the delay clear prioritization, and therefore an emergent situation turned out to be some nail pops and loosening by two skylights quickly repaired that day by Mo and the owner for reasonable cost.
