First, we still have construction garbage that they have not picked up after multiple texts almost a year later. Then about six months in, on the front of the house all the siding near the top windows have circular bulges around each window. Multiple texts and saying they will look into it but have done nothing. Came home after Christmas and now a piece of siding on the top of the back of the house just fell off. No wind, no storm, just fell off. I would never recommend then to anyone. We have yet again sent another text and waiting for an answer with no action. Our next step will be the better Business Bureau and contacting our insurance company to make sure they are not on any approved list to be used.

They started at 6:45 AM by completely tarping and netting my landscape and AC unit and finished w a thorough clean-up around 2:00 PM. Are you sitting down? I got a class 4 shingle roofing system for the class 3 price. The price had it been for a class 3 is an excellent price (I had 5 other proposals from highly-reputable companies to compare it to), but as a class 4 price, it is unbeatable and totally amazing! Just so you are aware: I had read one-star reviews and complaints on Feazel so I checked further and found out that those reviews/complaints were mostly --maybe all-- for Feazel companies outside of Ohio, and their sub-contractors do not work for Feazel in New Albany, Ohio. Even so, the complaints were dealt with in a manner that enabled Feazel to retain an A+ rating, but in the meantime, those reviews/complaints cast what seems to be to me an unfair shadow over the work Feazel does in central Ohio: I and other central Ohio users and reviewers of Feazel are the evidence of Feazel's excellent work, materials, and professionalism here. Ace discovered that the prior roofer(2017) had failed to seal a gap between the shingles and the edge of the chimney. The roof that was replaced was two layers, and when it was replaced with one layer, that left an inch or so gap between the shingles and and chimney, which they failed to seal and also failed to install proper flashing so that water would drain away from the chimney. Ace repaired the issue and their price was very reasonable. Recently, I noticed paint cracking and dampness in a ceiling. I called the company that installed the roof-as it is nearing the end of the warranty. They sent someone who said he saw nothing wrong, and claimed they might need better ventilation. He said someone would call. No one did. I called Ace, he went up and saw the source of the problem, a bullet hole-likely there from someone's errant New Year's celebration. He fixed the issue within 15 minutes. Ace is responsive, and most important, he acts with integrity and his assessments are credible. Irrespective of 'warranties,' I trust him and will always call him first.

Noor told me it was complete yet the dark grey penny tile floor was covered in stains of white gook and the white subway tile wasn't clear of the gray grout they used. It is now day 4 of me trying to get his worker to come out and clean up their mess. Noor has NOT been to my house and review his shoddy workmanship. NEVER again. I had used his team on smaller projects and was somewhat pleased but this is definitely not a company I will work with ever again. Before the job started he asked me to review his work. But is the company reputable? And do you really want to go with a relatively new company even if is owned by your buddy. He decided, no. Newman is competitive with hundreds of 5 star reviews. He went with Newman. Subsequently we had a hail storm and neighbors were advising us to get our roof checked out. Our roof was 20 years old. I wanted to be honest with the insurance company and not submit a claim unless Tyler from Newman,who came out to give us an estimate, was sure we needed a new roof and we suffered damage beyond normal wear and tear. Plus we had 2 houses. Well one needed a new roof and the other one likely has another couple of years left. As an aside, if you turn in a claim to your insurance company, even if it is denied, you risk higher premiums or cancelation. That is why it is important to have Newman Roofing spend time assessing. In our case, our roof was more wear and tear with minimal hail. Dan and his guys were on time, even early. Weather has consistently been in the mid 90's. I was worried. But Newman keeps them well supplied with hydration. 14 man crew meant lots of vehicles, even a dump truck but they were minimally disruptive to our neighbors. Furniture moved, netting put up to minimize construction mess on house and garden areas. And then they went to work. All I can say is WOW. I am so pleased. When they were finished, the cleaned up all the mess, including using a magnetized thing for nails in driveway, patio and grass. The yard, the patio, the driveway, the porches are SPOTLESS.
