Very easy process obviously since I'm not the one cleaning the trash cans. What a perfect service for them to come out and take care of this for us quarterly. Add my service a few days ago was very easy once I booked an appointment and put my deposit down. They scheduled me for the next day, which was the day after trash day. Found CMAX on IG ads, thought it was too good to be true. Decided to give them a try and filled out a form and paid through their website. What an affordable price to pay for trash bin cleaning service! They went above and beyond my expectations and even wheeled it back into our driveway. Didn't have to interact with them at all. Just leave your bins out and they will do the rest. We had our service set up quarterly cleaning, but our bins are getting dirtier with this new food compost rule that was put in place by our city, may need to change our service plan for them come monthly. My granny love them very much as she loves to keep these bins clean because it helps keeps the pests away. I was actually considering purchasing new bins before I found CMAX because of house dirty they were with thick grime at the bottom of these bins. Had I known this service was available I would have done this a long time ago. They have options to choose from, paid online, they called or text to schedule I can't remember which but they are very organized. When I first moved into my place 3 years ago I was stuck with the same trash bins from the previous owner. They were both really dirty and smelled. The horrible part is that I keep both trash bins in my garage. I've tried cleaning them several times without success. Yesterday, someone posted on my community's Facebook group of how clean their trash bins were so I asked for the company info. I contacted Frank around 8pm and was actually surprised to hear a response right away considering it was Friday evening. He told me to sign up on their website and he would have somebody come out the next day. Initially, I just signed up for the 1 time service as I was skeptical to see if they would even be able to clean my trash bins cause they were horribly dirty, stained, and had a bad smell. The one time service cost $25 each bin but Frank gave me a $15 off coupon for first time customers. After seeing how good of a service they provided I'm really considering signing up for the monthly service which is $10 per bin per month. Thanks again Frank and your team for awesome service. From start to finish this has been a seamless process. We never thought that we would need our trash cans cleaned, but when it smelled like something died in our bin, we definitely needed a professional. The two guys that came worked thoroughly on two of our bins. They have their own cleaning truck that captures the filth from inside so it's not running down your street or gutter. They have the right tools to scrape, scrub, disinfect, and deodorize the bins and they are THOROUGH. They even use drying cloths at the end! We are so thankful for this company and their service. Amazing service!!! First time having my 3 bins cleaned and it was definitely money well spent. Price is very reasonable! The 2 man crew arrived as scheduled (the day after my regular garbage pick-up day). I didn't know how they would do it but as I watched from the window I could tell this was a professional service. Power washed, automated truck lifts the cans to sanitize and deodorize. My cans were so clean I didn't want to put any garbage in them afterwards. Had to post Before and After pics. Submitting a quote request was easy and the team was very responsive to questions I had. We live in an alley so I wanted to be sure they knew to come to the correct place for the cans. The serviceman arrived in the afternoon and did an unbelievable job getting the gunk out of the inside and cleaning off all the spider webs and eggs on the outside (thank you!!). They send out a reminder before each service they are flexible if I need to shift the date, they respond quickly. It is flawless. Whenever my trash can are cleaned it is like Christmas morning.
