The manager, Fernando, then promised AGAIN it would be there and said they'd call us first. Of course -- no call. We had to chase them down, only to hear the same excuse: "It's at the warehouse." This went on multiple times. Same lie. Same excuse. Zero accountability. This isn't a mistake... this is complete unprofessionalism, no urgency, and zero care for their customers. They had no problem wasting our time over and over again knowing we were driving 40 minutes each way. At this point, it honestly feels like the dress was NEVER even ordered - they just took our deposit and hoped the dress was still in stock for order with the manufacturer. The ONLY time they moved with any urgency was when we demanded a refund after the lies, inconvenience and run around. For a business selling expensive dresses for once in a lifetime events, this is purely embarrassing. They lack integrity, communication, and basic customer service.
