Traveled from California for an event and decided to call this spot a week prior to see how their services worked. They highly recommended an appointment to be sure we had a consultant with us the entire time. Also, made it clear appt was not mandatory but highly recommended for a smoother experience. Front door is locked at all times which I personally appreciated. There was tons of girls undressed in dressing rooms trying on dresses and the consultants stay near by. There's no telling who's coming in that door if it's kept unlocked , we all know the world we live in. I was asked for a budget which at first I was thrown off, but he made it clear immediately that he did not want to give my daughter dresses to try on that were out of our budget and have her leave disappointed because the dress she might've loved was out of our budget, which made perfect sense. She actually did grab one that was $300 over my budget and he discreetly told me ( without het noticing) it was $300 over. I gave him the thumbs up that she can try it on. She didn't take that one. She actually took one $500 below my max budget :). With Fernando's expertise and good eye for fashion they both found the perfect dress for her prom. Fernando you are amazing at what you do. MUST READ - DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!!! My niece paid over $700 for a prom dress and left a $150 deposit. We booked her fitting 2 months in advance like THEY instructed. Drove 40 minutes there... and the dress wasn't there. No call, no warning, nothing. They told us, "It'll be here tomorrow." We came back. Still no dress. The manager, Fernando, then promised AGAIN it would be there and said they'd call us first. Of course -- no call. We had to chase them down, only to hear the same excuse: "It's at the warehouse." This went on multiple times. Same lie. Same excuse. Zero accountability. This isn't a mistake... this is complete unprofessionalism, no urgency, and zero care for their customers. They had no problem wasting our time over and over again knowing we were driving 40 minutes each way. At this point, it honestly feels like the dress was NEVER even ordered - they just took our deposit and hoped the dress was still in stock for order with the manufacturer. The ONLY time they moved with any urgency was when we demanded a refund after the lies, inconvenience and run around. For a business selling expensive dresses for once in a lifetime events, this is purely embarrassing. They lack integrity, communication, and basic customer service. Hi, so there was a review posted about my experience in the Offseventh Tailor shop. So the review wasn't a nice one, but it was posted as I feel what happened. Now the day after the review was posted I received a call from the Tailor shop asking me to come in for a fitting which I had agreed to do but then later decided I wasn't going to because why would you call me the day after review, but you wouldn't return my call before that time. especially when I had called twice a week for two months .hat's I told this to the gentleman today. I thought that these postings were anonymous so they're not because he wanted me to change what was posted. Well, I'm not going to do that ,because that was very special to me.,the outfit that I wanted to wear for my daughter's wedding.. I did not want to add to a bad review that was already posted, but you asked me to alter my review and that I won't do, and I tried to tell him what I experience was none other than racism to me ,which he said it wasn't but when you are of color and you have gotten to the age I am ,you recognize it .you do recognize it right away because it's happened so many times to you. I don't know if this makes it worse. I didn't want to have a bad review posted in the first place, but I want people to know what I had experience for the most important day in my life right now ,just right now .to be made invisible and I'm far from invisible .I wanted to be heard. if they didn't see me, they would hear me and there you go. It's not like I just wanted to give you a bad review, but you earned it . you told me that you're not racist and maybe you aren't but that's how you made me feel.maybe when people of color speaking of Black people come into your shop maybe that time you'll see them. I am not someone who usually leaves bad reviews; however, my family and I feel our experience with OFseventy is important to share because we would not wish what happened to us on anyone. We had forgiven the late deliveries, ridiculously high prices, "losing" our dresses, and empty promises about when the dresses and suits would arrive. What we could not forgive was discovering minutes before my wedding that both the mother of the bride's and the mother of the groom's dresses were completely botched and had huge holes. The dresses also had pulled strings and were poor quality overall. I would caution against buying and having your dresses altered at OFseventy, as ours resulted in $800 botched dresses (each). I would not purchase from OFseventy unless you want your wedding morning to be ruined. Extremely disappointed and do not wish this experience on anyone. I had previously given them 5 stars and unfortunately this time I have to give them a 1 star because apparently my daughters dress order number was written wrong and was never ordered even though I had got a call saying it was and should arrive in a few days only to get a call to come in to the store to see if we could find the dress which was no longer there. They tried to help us find another similar dress but my daughter was set on that one dress. I wish this mistake was realized sooner because then we would have had more time to look for another dress elsewhere. Unfortunately this upset my daughter so much she does not even want to go to her Senior prom anymore. read more

I gave 1 star because we didn't realize you need an appointment to get a special selection of gowns. When we arrived, the door was locked, so we had to call someone to open it. The young man didn't even give us a warm welcome! He let us come in and asked about our budget. He locked the door. We allocated a medium budget because we didn't know exactly what we were looking for at the time. With that, we felt judged; we were not in our best attire, but we still should not have been judged by our appearance. Our attire shouldn't dictate whether we have the money for a dress; we opted for comfort since it was a long drive. I didn't feel comfortable, so I started looking for dresses myself because they weren't showing me many options. However, he told me not to touch anything, saying he would do it for me. I understand that the gowns are very delicate. I found it very offensive when both service reps started talking in Spanish, making us feel left out of the conversation. I don't look like it, but I know Spanish, and they were making some remarks about us and how we cannot afford their gowns. Their gowns are costly, and I have seen many of the gowns at other places, even though they claim it is a "private selection". Additionally, any hemming or alterations to the dresses will incur extra costs from them, as most other places do not charge, since they are the dress provider. Altogether, my experience here was not comfortable, as I felt as if we were being judged and stereotyped, which is why we wouldn't recommend this place. read more
