In preparation of my birthday, my girlfriend took me to here to get custom-fitted for some new business suits. What a great gift and I never imagined having so much fun doing this! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was laid-back and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Despite offering top-notch, high-end Italian suits, the vibe was never high-pressured or snobby. The owner and his daughter run the business with genuine care and attentiveness. They took their time guiding us through different fabrics, textures, and colors, ensuring we found exactly what we wanted. They even have a bar on-site, and the owner generously offered us a selection of drinks. Even though it was just 11am, we totally enjoyed several generous pours of single malt Scotch whiskey, and the owner even joined us for a drink and a toast to celebrate with us, making the occasion truly special. The personal touch and the time he spent chatting with us about his business made the whole experience memorable. I wear suits every day for work, and I saw this company on social media advertising a three‑suit special at a great price. I called ahead and specifically asked whether the advertised price was real or if I'd get there and be told the material was cheap and I needed to upgrade. They assured me the suits were high quality and the price was accurate. When I arrived, it was exactly what I expected. The special only applied to the lowest‑quality material, and to get anything decent I had to upgrade. I ended up paying an extra thousand dollars. Now that the suits are here, the material feels like absolute junk--stiff, rough, and cheap, like old polyester pants from childhood. I wouldn't buy suits from this place again. read more

Bob took the time to measure me late on a Wednesday, knowing I needed something fast. By 3pm on Monday, (2 Business Days) I was trying on a fully customized suit that fit perfectly. The quality, attention to detail, and turnaround speed were incredible. Not only did they deliver ahead of time, but the whole process was personal, professional, and stress-free. This bespoke suit shop is tucked away in a strip mall near the Summerlin area. The owner Bob is such a personable guy and gives great customer service. His attention to care for his craft incomparable. Not only does he take care of his customer with the suit, but also their well being. After a fun filled night out in Vegas he ordered us pizza to help me recover. On a side note his couch is so comfortable. I'm writing this review as I am leaving the establishment because the service, value, and attention to detail are absolutely world class. I'm getting married and I didn't want to skimp out on the quality of the suit. I went to men's warehouse but was unsatisfied with the service I received as it felt like they wanted me in and out as quickly as possible. It didn't help that the advisor was not knowledgeable and tried to steer me towards getting an off the rack suit and just altering that instead. I went to suit supply shortly afterwards but again I was disappointed that most of suits, even the custom ones are only suited for certain body styles (pun intended). Initially I was nervous to find just any shop in fear of not getting exactly what I wanted. Surprisingly enough, Eastin suits appeared as an ad while scrolling through my social media. When I walked in, I was greeted by one of their staff, Taylor, and she took the time to figure out exactly what I wanted in my suit. Although I couldn't get fitted at that time, the experience gave me an opportunity to vocalize my wants and make sure that the suit would work with my body frame. When I came in to get fitted with Bob, he walked me through the process and made me feel comfortable that the suit would fit me well. His expertise led me to get a higher quality fabric which would breathe easier and be more comfortable to wear. I was hesitant at first, but after just trying on the suit for the first time, he was completely right. The jacket fits perfectly and the trousers only need to be taken in, which is expected. The overall value for the suit doesn't come from just the quality of the fabric, but also from the experience received.
