CMC did a Demo job for me, and they were quick and efficient. You can tell the owner has a lot of experience.

Wish I had read the reviews last year. 5/23 /2022 I ordered a couple of awning supports. month…read moreafter month same ol bs. "They haven't come in yet" Then I get a call 3 weeks ago from Andrea in the office saying they finally came in. I told her it would be a couple of days before I could get and she said no problem. I have gone by twice a week for the last 3 weeks and nobody there. It even looks like they cleared out. Nobody ever answers the phone or returns emails. Shady as it gets. I will be calling on his contractors license next. I gave one star because they wasn't anything lower.

She passed in April, and…read morewe were told supplies had been ordered, were sitting on a ship in some port, and the job would be done in July. Not ONE of the numerous phone calls that my brother and I made have been returned. Now it's November, and we are here in Mesa to sell the house. We no longer want a new awning, as we won't see that return when we sell. My brother has gone to Bill's location three times, and has been told a different lie each time. The office women even yelled at him (great customer service!). Today, he was told they couldn't return our money, so my brother said we'll just have to go to court. This comment was met with little more than a shrug. It's pretty sad that companies like Bill's Awnings steal money from, and take advantage of, old people--even after they're dead! They have no intention of actually doing the job. If you're considering giving this company a down payment, I would think twice. They're probably just using your down payment to meet their payroll. I wonder how many other people have had their down payment stolen from them. More importantly, I wonder how these people live with themselves.

"sorry but after reviewing our projects in flight, we are too busy to take on your project..best of luck to you." This was the first of two projects the company would have had... in total, $225k - $300k worth of business LOST!!

It doesn't surprise me that Mariano and the buyers already knew each other previously. It was extremely difficult to get a hold of Mariano during this process, and when we finally did, he was dismissive and rude. That interaction didn't reflect the professionalism you're emphasizing here. I'm reviewing our experience with Mariano and co which was receiving a vague invoice (attached) and dealing with a rude owner. If this type of review or feedback bothers you, I'd suggest that in the future, you approach situations with more curiosity and less judgment especially when people are simply trying to understand where their money went.

This company is amazing. We got a new shower installed into our manufactured home and the process…read morewas so smooth it was hard to believe. The installers were very professional and super communicative the whole way through. From the first in person appointment to the final install the process was clear and easy. The actual workmanship is top notch, and I still can't believe they did it in one day as promised! Awesome experience.

You want to support small business... we all do! You check…read morethe Company out on the AZ ROC website to ck legitimacy/complaint status. You also look at their reviews and most are positive. The negative ones (which all have merit) are aggressively attacked by the owner Mike Trousser, claiming that the customer is blatantly lying & in the wrong. Ofcourse, the truth comes out only if you hire 1Day Bath. Mike's 22 yo son Austin, shows up (as the lead foreman) the day of your job. One of the only requests I had for the guys when they arrived, was to take care of any mold behind the old shower. Cover all pipes & holes (as I have a scorpion problem) And lastly, to grab me before they permanently placed the fixtures as Mike told me this was a "custom" shower & that I could move the fixture placement up or down an inch prior to permanent placement. None of those things happened. You also find out that there were many options that you could have chosen for your project, but were never shown. You receive the cheapest fixtures with only "on & off" capability... same fixture can be purchased at Home Depot for $50! But you are told that $9,453 is a great price, that most companies charge double. You try & stay positive as remodeling of any kind is just plain stressful. But of course you come to realize that the job was waaaay over-priced! (you were scammed...) Job is complete. You tip them well. And even supply them with Coke, water & Protein bars, because they bring no food with them. They leave. The next morning, you take a closer look... & you notice they cut your trim too short. And put a dime sized hole in your new vinyl flooring. You contact them to address. The "project mgr" Jeff says he will be out this afternoon to fix and all will be good as new! But, then you get a text 5 mins b4 he is supposed to arrive saying that he just doesn't feel like driving out... it would mean two trips to Phoenix in a week. Ofcourse, he can find no other time to address (he doesn't do Saturday's, when I am off work) All in all... do not hire this company to do your bath remodel. Professionalism, Quality work & Customer service are not in their wheelhouse! ** Edit to add that I just received a threatening email from Mike Trousser (owner) to quit "trash talking" their company! And, if I don't take down my review, they will not warranty any of the work they did! Completely denies the damage that they did to my flooring & defends their substandard work. Also, "Jeff" accepted liability & promised he would be out to repair everything today! No option's were ever discussed/given ad far ad my availability. Again... more lies. Beware of working with this company and their fraudulent practices!!
