And let's not forget that it offers a hair on wheels service. The owner was a sweet girl that helped me find exactly what I was looking for. She explained all of the services offered and gave a great description of her products. I didn't find out that she was the owner until my second visit when one of the employees informed me. I only gave 4 stars because one the products purchased (hair rods) were poorly made and broke easily. The store has a final sale policy, but I plan on going back to speak with her.

I was experiencing hair loss due to a medication. I was so scared that it would be permanent. At the time, I didn't even know that it was due to the medication, but she just happen to ask if it was potentially my meds (which turned out to be correct). Her assessment of my hair damage, showed her extensive knowledge in her fieId. She developed a treatment plan for me and I stuck to it with natural hair. It didn't require chemical treatment, and I was excited about this. She always makes sure that I am not there all day and is very respectful of her clients. I always enjoy her staff, as they are very friendly and it feels like I've known them my whole life. Being booked weeks in advance is one thing, but some of the stylists choose to schedule their own appointments. So instead of easily arranging an appointment with a receptionist, you call a stylist's phone and maybe you'll hear back the next day. I'm not sure if it was my business, specifically, that wasn't valued at Hopson James. Perhaps they give higher priority to others. But after a couple of days of trying to book a haircut, I eventually gave up and had no problem booking elsewhere.

I got there and sat for about 20mins in the chair and then I was seated for in a pedicure chair where I sat for an hour AT LEAST before they even got started. Everything they use is cheap the towels look dirty and the scrub they use is just open with a spoon in it. My pedicure turned out fine but my hands look awful. At first the had huge gaps between the polish and the skin so I asked them to fix it. This is the aftermath of them fixing it. This looks like a 5 year old painted my nails!! Never coming back
