When I got my car back, it looked ok, but when I asked about spare nuts & bolts found at pickup they said, oh those were just extra. They were NOT EXTRA! They did NOT put my car back together right! Over the past two years I have been finding nuts, bolts, screws, fasteners & small fixtures that hold the details of my car together. I have a collection! The most noticeable & most used is the handle in my sliding passenger door on my van. I did not go back to complain because I didn't start noticing until well after the repair & I knew it would be some BS hassle I do not have time for. My car would've been more sound with the hail damage. Panels are loose & it creaks & squeaks because they just put it together like a puzzle without the fasteners!

I took my car to Santos Paint & Body shop on May 22, 2023 to have everything except the trunk and…read moretop painted. I had some previous work that was not done properly. Let me start off by saying there was never a problem with communication. Rene always responded to my calls and text messages and he sounded very professional and knowledgeable. I was initially told that he would have my car for at least 2 weeks. I received a call on June 3 informing me that my car was ready. I work during the day so my son picked up my car, I noticed areas that I wasn't happy with and I called Rene and showed him photos of the areas, he told me to bring my car back and they would fix the areas. I returned the car and received a call the next day stating that whomever fixed my car didn't do it correctly but he said his father had agreed to take on some jobs that the owners insurance companies had put in a rush on because the time the owners had for their rentals was expiring. He said he called because he didn't want me to be without a car for too long but would be able to get my car back in as a priority in 2 weeks. I told him I had an appointment on June 21 and would bring it in on June 22. On June 23, I received my car and again I call the shop to report dissatisfaction because areas that should have been fixed were not fixed. He asked me when I could bring my car Back to the shop and I decided to ask him what would be a good time for him because apparently they are rushing and not taking the time to do the job correctly. He told me to bring my car in on Wednesday, June 28th because Mondays and Tuesdays were busy and I said ok. I took my car back to his shop on June 28th and on June 29th, I'm calling to report areas that were not redone. The last time I called him he said he would remove the hood and front bumper and do the job himself to assure the areas would be fixed. Well, that didn't happen because there were 2 previous areas that were Still left undone and new areas that needed to be corrected. By this time I'm Beyond upset by the lack of professionalism. I sent him photos and he claims that he checked the car before it left and it was done correctly. Ohhh, so You checked it but you initially said you would do it YOURSELF so that it would be done correctly THIS Time! He had the nerve to tell me to bring my car back! REALLY?!? No Sir, I have brought my car to your shop SEVERAL times and Each time the same areas were either Not fixed or I found new blotched areas. Now, I will have to pay More money elsewhere to correct what I Paid you $3000 to do. I Do NOT and Would NOT recommend this establishment. It seems like they care more about taking money than doing quality work! The photos speak for themselves! Some of the photos I retook to include the date and I added the dates to the ones that say yesterday and today because those were literally taken yesterday or this morning.
