I went online and scheduled an oil change for 10:30. Arrived at 10:20 for my appointment. I did not…read moreleave the establishment until 12:18. Never once was told that they were running behind, apologized for the long wait, nothing. Why have me schedule an appointment if you're not going to honor the time the customer scheduled the appointment. That was a complete waste of 2 hours of my day. Then when they finally brought my car up to the front, they parked behind a car that was in a line and then parked another car right up to the back of my vehicle where it was completely difficult to get out. I had to back up and move forward twice to get my car out from between the two vehicles. Service & time management deserves one star. Only gave two because the lady at the service desk was friendly, although still no acknowledgement of the time it took for the service. Will not be returning here for an oil change again.

We made an appointment for service on a Ford truck recall…read more Dropped the truck off at 7:30 and they said they would call when the truck was ready for pickup. It's 4pm and no call. We had to call their office to ask about it, and essentially were told they didn't get around to servicing it. To add insult to injury, after we told the employee to forget it and we'd come pick up the truck, she stated she'd have our truck ready for us at the front. We get there, she's on the phone and jingles the key at us, and we have to walk the parking lot and use our key alarm to find our truck. No apology or call back from the manager or anything. Take your vehicle somewhere else for service!!!
