Never once was told that they were running behind, apologized for the long wait, nothing. Why have me schedule an appointment if you're not going to honor the time the customer scheduled the appointment. That was a complete waste of 2 hours of my day. Then when they finally brought my car up to the front, they parked behind a car that was in a line and then parked another car right up to the back of my vehicle where it was completely difficult to get out. I had to back up and move forward twice to get my car out from between the two vehicles. Service & time management deserves one star. Only gave two because the lady at the service desk was friendly, although still no acknowledgement of the time it took for the service. Will not be returning here for an oil change again.

Paid my deposit and never heard from him again. After repeated messages to him, 3 days later he claims to have gotten the starter, but that it was used and he would need to reorder. Proceeds to reorder and then goes silent again. Only after I threatened legal action did I get a response, almost a week after I paid my deposit. After replacing the starter and doing the oil change the car stops working within a day. Towed it to a reputable mechanic who says that Ryan short changed the car 2 quarts of oil, causing irreparable crankshaft and cylinder misfires. Basically, the engine blew because there wasn't oil.
