GREAT WINDOW CLEANING COMPANY! I have Used CMT Window Cleaning for several years on my own property. The service is so great that I wanted to give them a well-deserved shout out. I am a Berkshire Hathaway real estate agent and I used CMT Window Cleaning to clean the windows at a new Dana Point listing I have. The home is not unusually large (1925 square feet, 2 stories). However, there were hundreds of individual small panes ("French cuts") that required David to spend an extraordinary amount of time to property clean them. David also called me to let me know that quite a few of the screens were damaged. There was no up-selling, but David offered to re-screen the damaged screens at a very reasonable price, which I approved. (My clients live in another state, which is why I, instead of my clients,. was talking with him ) With every interaction with David, he was professional and honest, which is what you want with anyone you hire to repair or improve a property. BTW -they also do a great job of cleaning rain gutters! I highly recommend CMT Window Cleaning! read more

I would first like to write that I never leave businesses negative reviews on Yelp or any other platforms. I always reach out to the company or business owner directly to resolve an issue or find common ground. However, I reached out to Candee (the owner of CMT window cleaning) countless times via text message and email to giver her a chance to make things right. With that being said, If I could leave "zero" stars I would. Candee has been a complete nightmare throughout this entire process of booking the service to actually conducting the service. Candee tried to charge me on top of a Groupon that was purchased for new customers. The extra charge was for cleaning tracks and screens, which she did not clean, and she even tweaked the screens. When I contacted Candee, she stated this is as clean as it gets. Now, usually when you hire a cleaning service, you expect clean results. Not for them to tell you, "I'm sorry that's as clean as it gets." Especially, after charging extra on top of an already expensive Groupon purchase. Please keep in mind, my house isn't large; It's a one story that is easy to clean. Also, Candee created a mess inside my house and a huge mess outside of my house. So, on top of not having clean windows, I had to clean my floors inside and my patio area outside after Candee and her helper left. I took pictures of everything. I even explained to her that she left this mess. After all of this, Candee has refused to refund; I hope she doesn't do this to other customers. To add, what Candee commented to my response below is false, and it's quite sad how she responds to all of the one star reviews people leave on here. This isn't quality customer service, let alone customer service at all. You should be ashamed of yourself Candee. I am not the only one writing these type of reviews. Maybe learn from this, treat your customers fairly and with respect, and provide a real cleaning service INSTEAD OF MAKING EXCUSES OR FIRING BACK. "You get more honey with bees." Lastly, you refunded me $10. So, please don't act like you did anyone favors. I asked for a full refund, which you declined after you damaged my property and didn't clean windows, tracks, and screens. Therefore, I ABSOLUTELY WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. If you are looking for minimal cleaning, then I'd give them a chance. My windows weren't very dirty and they did a relatively good job with them. I paid extra for them to clean the tracks and screens and they did a less than satisfactory job on them. I wouldn't have minded too much if they didn't charge extra, but they do. When they cleaned my bathroom windows, they dirtier the tub and didn't clean after themselves. They also didn't dry my patio door well so there were water spots, which I had to go over the next day. I'm mostly disappointed because I mentioned that the tracks weren't cleaned properly when the workers were at my house. The worker didn't seem to think it was a problem. I mentioned that some of the windows weren't dry and was told the water they use doesn't make streaks and strains, yet my patio door had streaks the next day. read more
