The staff showed up over an hour late for our appointment. After arrival the staff departed before cleaning the tracks. The owner offered us a $38 dollar refund because of the unfinished work. They originally charged $60. The team also broke our shades. We asked for the shade to be fixed and made an appointment to have them come back to fix. Upon arrival, the owner was not prepared to fix the shades and they were left broken. Our $500 shades no longer work and they charged $300 dollars to clean the windows. We disputed the charge. The owner is now forcing us to go to small claims court to fix our shades. I would seriously consider other companies before using them. read more

I am not happy with Candee the manager. She has no customer service attitude. When I called to tell her her employee didn't finish my windows, they didn't clean well , she hung up on me. When I called back to clarify if she hung up or disconnected , she didn't apologize she said she hung up. I work for public and I always believe customers are right. WOW!! What a difference spotless windows make! Alex and Mikey did a fantastic job on our two-story house. We've been in our house almost 4 years and we had put this off thinking it was going to be an expensive hassle but this was easy and affordable. With one call I had my appointment, I received a text and email confirmation. Their 48-hour cancellation fee was explained. They were on time and worked very efficiently, one inside, one outside. They even communicated by cellphone with each other about a couple of windows that needed a little more scrubbing from the outside. I paid extra to have my garage door done too and now it looks like new, the original color, not a dusty, grayed-out version! I also paid a little extra to have the screens and tracks done on windows that open. All of the extras had been clearly explained when I made my appointment. The total came in right between the estimate I was given upfront. I don't know how many crews this company uses but I would recommend Alex and Mikey without hesitation. read more

Had used CMT Window Cleaning one other time and the job was satisfactory so I decided to use them again. Bad decision on my part. The windows themselves look fine, it is the tracks, they were dirtier after cleaning them. They need to follow each other and once the outside window has been done the inside person needs to open the window up and clean the widow tracks or sills whatever you want to call them. I had to go through and do every window myself. Would not recommend this company to anyone. I did their survey they sent and heard nothing back from them. read more

Never again. I used them 5 years ago and they did a great job and were so friendly. This time they quoted $79 but with the screens and runners it was $147! So misleading!!! Very unprofessional. Two stars for showing up on time and having a large crew to do the job in a hurry. I bought a Groupon but have to say it was a total waste of money. They do a good job of cleaning windows...if your windows are already clean. There are charges upon charges extra if you actually want to clean dirty windows. They made no effort to clean my windows that were above an aluminum cover. Ok, fine. I'll accept that. But every time I pointed out stains or smudges, they had an excuse or an extra charge. "That's hard water. Extra charge. That's probably a scratch. Your tracks are excessively dirty." I got tired of the back and forth. Their idea of cleaning tracks is one swipe with a rag. That's it. wow what lies. No walk through was done. How would Candee know when she was not here. Maybe instead of always making excuses she should train her people better. After the first phone call she didn't want to fix the mistakes only make excuses for her team. Then I wrote about my experience here and all of a sudden she wants to send a team out. No thanx you had your chance the first time. She also was condescending to my husband on the phone. Her workers should double check their work. I noticed my screens had streaks after it became dark that night. I revised my stars for Candee calling back a 2nd time. After reading Candees response I can see she still needs to check up on her workers not make excuses and not take their lack of skills so personal. This company is a fraud, or at least they like to perpetrate fraud. I bought as groupon for window cleaning. They immediately started double-counting windows and doors, upcharging me for things, and when I got the final bill, they charged me for more windows than I have in the house! Then they began harassing me, talking to my neighbors about me, and calling me at all hours and from random phone numbers. They refused to work when I could actually be home, so I had to leave work to open the door so they could do their work. I went back to work. I was shocked at how bad their work was. Further, they damaged my screens and left my windows dirtier than they were before they got to them. These guys play dirty. Don't trust them, especially not Candee Johnson. The positive reviews were paid for, I guarantee it. Do yourself a favor. Windex and a paper towel will do a far better job than CMT Window Cleaning at a much smaller cost. read more
