I too used CMT through a Groupon and am very happy I found them. They were scheduled to arrive between 1-3 p.m. And they called about 11:15 and asked if they could come earlier since they had finished their previous appointment early. We told them to come on over! They arrived about 15 minutes later and the two-man crew went to work like a couple of window cleaning tornadoes (in a good way!) My windows now look brand new. Yes, they even remove their shoes when coming inside. We were very impressed and plan to start using them on a regular basis. read more

I purchased a window cleaning voucher from Groupon for $79.00 (up to 20 windows) with CMT Window Cleaning. First appt on 12-4-2019 had to be rescheduled due to rain (understandable), I called to reschedule, spoke with Candy who scheduled a new appt on 12-5-2019 who advised me she had a cancellation on 12-5-2019, and they could come on that date. I waited all day on 12-5-2019, and no show. Candy called me later on 12-5-2019 to reschedule my appt for 12-6-2019. In my conversations with Candy, I added screens, tracks, and blind cleaning, (I planned on paying the additional charges over my Groupon Voucher $79.00). When the staff came, he was not aware of the screen, tracks, and blind cleaning! He stated they do not clean blinds, they only vacuum them, no blind cleaning! When he went to clean the tracks and screens his vacuum was not working, so I offered my own vacuum to complete the cleaning of the screens, and tracks. Additionally the man stated there were areas of my windows which could not be cleaned due to hard water spots. I have one window in particular where the bottom 1/2 of the window is clouded by hard water spots. Once the work was complete I received an invoice/receipt for less than what I actually paid to have the work done. I paid a total of $109.00 ($79.00 for the groupon + $30.00 upcharge for tracks and screens). Candee sent me an invoice/receipt for a total of $69.50, which was an indication I had paid more than what the invoice/receipt stated, so I requested a refund of the difference in the amount of $40.00 ($109.00 paid - $69.50 charged = $40.00). I sent a total of 3 detailed emails from 12-6-2019 through 12-13-2019, and received no response of resolution. I gave CMT the opportunity to respond prior to posting a negative review. Since I had not been contacted for a period of 7 days, I decided a negative review was in order. Additionally I waited for two days for CMT to come, and provided my vacuum for the tracks and screens. Very dissatisfied with CMT, and I feel that I should be refunded the full amount I paid: inconvenience, overcharged, no response to communication, job not completed (water spots), and the use of my vacuum. Candy did tell me they would clean blinds for an additional charge, however, her staff stated they do not? Incomplete work in my opinion. CMT did cash the check for additional services, within the 7 days I did not receive a response. I would not recommend CMT for window cleaning service. Unreliable, unprofessional, not great work, and poor customer service. Normally I enjoy tipping folks for a job well done, in this case I didn't feel a tip was an option given my dissatisfaction. read more

Where to start? I would definitely NOT use them again!! First of all, they showed up an hour and 1/2 late....no phone call, no text. Then they ripped a set of blinds out of the wall and didn't apologize or offer to put it back. Then Candee told me that the screens were too dirty because we don't wash them often enough and she wasn't going to be able to get them clean, partly because she would run out of daylight (because they were an hour and 1/2 late)! They moved things all throughout the house to get to the windows, which I understand, but did not put anything back! She even unstrapped my son's booster seat without asking and took it off the chair so that she could stand on the chair and then didn't bother to put it back. Although the windows are cleaner then before, they are not as clean as I had hoped. There are several places on the second and third story windows where there are water droplets on the outside, which are now going to turn into water spots because we can't reach them. To top it all off, we just noticed they took one of our towels with them! read more

We normally have our windows cleaned by another company but since I saw the Groupon I decided to try CMT. Turned out to be a total waste of money! Two guys came over, one was on his cell phone more than what he did, the other did such poor work, kept missing windows! They charged extra for the screens, which we payed and I might as well cleaned them myself. I sent pictures to the owner of how our windows looked after they "cleaned" them so she could see what a lousy job her workers did. They had water drips, they were all smeared, really bad. Actually they were worse than before the so called cleaning. She did offer to send them back but I did not want those people back, they had no interest in doing the job. She did send me a check for $50 but I agree with the other reviewer who said that we should have gotten all our money back! I was led to believe by the owner that the lousy job was due to a " problem with the hose" but after reading some of the reviews I see they are just not good period! However, when we scheduled for a touch-up since it rained within 30 days, Candee, the owner was hesitant to honor that. She was rude on the phone and didn't want to deal with me. If I could give this company 0 stars , I would . We had wanted they to come out to clean the window sills. They said it would be an additional charge on top of cleaning the windows. I was willing to pay for window cleaning even though our cleaning lady does a fantastic job cleaning the windows. I wanted a deep cleaning of the window sills . We had construction and there is dirt in the cracks that I wanted clean. They came and gave me a quote for one dollar each window sill that included just a wipe down. I asked the guy to explain his version of a wipe down. Basically they get a wet towel and wipe. So then I asked if there was a more detail cleaning , I would be willing to pay . They said they had a construction clean up which included running a vacuum along the sill. Still not what I wanted. They said they offer nothing to actually deep clean the window sill. Then the owner had the nerve to call us asking for a cancellation fee. She called twice . She was very aggressive and argumentative. Why would I pay you a cancellation fee for a job you can't perform? We didn't set a date or agree on a price . They came out for a job assessment. So basically she wanted to charge us just for coming out to our house for a quote. Save yourself the heartache and pick another company. read more

On 06/28/2018 Alex took a photo of the CMT online offer with the confirmation of the appointment that was saved to our desktop which he sent to Candee who refused to honor the offer. Ultimately, we agreed to pay 40% more for the work. Without notifying us, CMT employees, Alex and Michael, failed to properly re-install the screens in a workman-like manner screens and bent multiple screen frames on the tops, sides and bottoms. This was not discovered by us until the evening of 07/02/2018 at which time we emailed CMT about the damage and Candee responded that this compromised the security of our home and said she would have the workers call us. Michael called on 07/03/2018 and offered no excuse for not disclosing the damage and said he would have Candee call us. We sent two follow-up communications to Candee on 07/03/2018 without response. We called Candee on 07/04/2018 at which time she made it clear that CMT would not repair the damage to the screens. We contacted Mobile Screen Service and was advised that once the screens are bent, they can not be repaired and would have to be replaced at a cost of $38 to $40 per screen and the estimated cost of repairing the damage of $300 to $320 was communicated to Candee. It was only then that Candee communicated interest in the damage to our property and that she wanted to assess the damage, but failed to give us dates or times and failed to confirm that she would be prepared to replace the screens at the appointment. read more

This is the second time I used CMT for window cleaning and I should have known better after the first time. The first time I used them the crew didn't adequately put back the screens on the second story window, I needed a ladder to put the screens back in place. Fast forward to the present, I walked outside and I saw a piece of the vinyl window trim laying on the ground and I was not able to locate where it came from. The owner asked for a picture and she stated she didn't know what it was. Interesting since it was part of the window trim that I traced to the upstairs window. Candy stated she will be sending a crew to fix next week, the appointment came and went. I spotted the guys knocking on my ring door 3 hours after my initial appointment. I used this service 2 years ago on a groupon. I was not overly impressed by the service or the result at the time but thats a risk of groupon. At the time, the owner was here for cleaning and proceeded to tack on extras that were represented on group on as included. I've used a window service since and been pleased. 2 weeks ago, I received a call for a representative of CMT that offered to clean our windows again for the same price as 2 years ago. It was about time to get our windows done again, so I figured I would give them another try. The appointment was set by the representative at 2 pm. The day of the appt I received a call from the gentleman who would be cleaning my windows and said they were running early and would be at my home before the scheduled time. I have 2 small children and rushed through the remainder of my errands to get home for him. Soon after, the owner called and said she had an unexpected customer call and she had scheduled them ahead of me and that now my time would be 2:30-3. I was irritated but things happen. I had other errands to run but waited for them. They did not show until after 3:30. Once there, the gentleman walks around my house and counts my windows at the most I've ever heard I have...every panel was another "window". I told him that THEY had called ME and told me that they would honor the same price they gave me 2 years prior. I live in the same house and obviously have not added windows to it. He said he had to call his boss who then asked to speak to me on HIS phone. She told me her representative was wrong and their prices had gone up. I told her that SHE had called me and given me the price and now she said the number of windows was wrong on her paperwork. Again, same house, same windows that SHE had been to before....She said that they would walk away if I didn't pay more so I said OK and hung up her employee's phone and handed it back to him. Apologized to the 3 employees and explained that she had quoted me a price and I wasn't paying more to which they were all apologetic. I called Candee, the owner, a bit later to express my disappointment and she was the rudest individual I think I have ever spoken with. She refused to apologize and told me her prices had gone up. I reminded her that she is the one that quoted the price for a house known to her, to which she had no reply or apology. I told her I was going to write a YELP review. She said, " go ahead, I am the number one window cleaner in orange county". Someone like this does not deserve mine or anyone's business. EVER. I wish I didn't have to give any star. I have to say after reading the bad reviews I was thinking that the groupon that I purchased would be just wasted, but I called and talked to Candee and shared my concerns. I found her to be very pleasant and scheduled them to come out, after all I had already paid for it so why not. I made sure it was a day that my husband would be home so if there was any issues he could deal with them. I have to say her workers were very nice, on time and very clean. Considering these were windows on the second floor of a rental that I own I was so very pleased with how well they turned out. It was like switching on a light that was how clean they were after they were done. The tracks were pretty dirty so I really wasn't expecting much but they did a fantastic job. For my husband to say that we will have them back again is a big deal because he hates paying any one for something he could do himself, but he was sold and we will have them back to do the down stairs windows as well. read more
