Firstly, the restaurant is located on the island of Procida, which is just an hour hydrofoil ride away from Naples. It has the charm of Positano, minus millions of tourists.
When we arrived at the dock, we looked for a nice spot to have lunch. The gnocchi was terrific. When we ordered the lemon salad we thought we were getting a salad dressed with lemon. Instead we actually received a salad made out of lemons. It was really refreshing and now I have to figure out how to make it myself! The anchovies were another pleasant surprise. I thought we ordered the fried version, but this was really good. Now I understand the hype around anchovies in Naples.
Although I did not have the pizza, they have a real pizza oven in the kitchen and the pizzas on others tables looked well above average.
