Within a few weeks i was able to get my orthotics fitted into my new shoes and it has made a huge difference. My insurance covered nearly everything. I am very satisfied. I will say that it took me several weeks to get an appointment and at one point i was getting set to give up and go someplace else. The phone is rarely answered and left several messages without a return phone call. I persisted and after two weeks, i finally got through. Then, they scheduled my appointment 5 weeks down the road, Yes, I know, It sounds brutal. If you're patient, you will get your turn.
