There is no disclosure of this etching in the contract that we signed and we feel that this should be disclosed to customers in that literature. Interior condensation can lead to mold and damage to the wood trim, so being told it sometimes happens is not helpful. I live in a home that is 100 years old and do not have moisture on the inside of the original windows. At this point I am not satisfied with the product performance or the response from the technicians. I would like a permanent fix or replacement on these windows.
