This small unassuming family owned place serves truly amazing northern Vietnamese food. The rolls were super crispy and not heavy with porky and glass noodle filling for €7. Pho came out shortly. Everything about it was almost perfect. From the clear and aromatic broth to bouncy not mushy noodles, to beef that was soft, fresh without any funky aftertaste that some other places have. The multiple layers of herbs brought everything together. All in €20 and warm and friendly service to match. If the weather is right , outside tables are an option. This place looks like a total hole in the wall but please do not let that discourage you. This was some of the best Vietnamese food I have ever had, and I eat a lot of Vietnamese food. I started with the nem du porc (crispy spring rolls) they came with fresh lettuce and mint that you wrap the rolls in before dipping into delightful sauce. They were truly the most incredible ones I have had in a long time if not the best of all time. The herbs were so fresh. I also got the Pho Boeuf (pho tai). The noodles were bouncy and the broth clean and simple. The was more than ample beef and they give you sauces and lime to go with it. Just know the bean sprouts are already in there in case you don't enjoy those but they were easily avoidable. I was also able to get some chilis to spice up the broth but they are Thai chilis so beware! I also got a Vietnamese limeade to drink and it was delightful. The server was very sweet and I feel like everything came out in a timely manner. If you are jonesing for Vietnamese in Paris this is the place to go hands down. read more

Absolutely delicious pho and Vietnamese food in a prime location. We snagged the last table available on a Saturday evening. They were packed, but the service was fast and efficient. The employees spoke enough English to make ordering and asking for things easy. The space is small, but not so small that people are sitting shoulder to shoulder or anything like that. Overdue review for this 5 star (tiny) restaurant. My partner and I came in here on a cold winter day to get some Pho and Bun. This place did not disappoint. Soupe Pho au boeuf + nems: 5 star! The broth for the pho was clear, clean, and quite flavorful. I opted for the boeuf which was tender, flavorful and simply delicious. The dish came out hot - perfect for a cold chilly winter day in Paris. Service: 5 star Seating is limited, and a majority of orders are for takaway (emporter), but that doesn't stop the staff from providing 5 star service. No joke......the cooking here is just like my mom's. We had plans to come here for dinner one night, but then one night turned into two nights, and could've easily been 3-4 if we didn't have reservations elsewhere. The food is sooooo good, and the service above and beyond. It's located off a busy street, but in a small corner. The owner/chef is a sweet young Vietnamese lady and has a teenage daughter that helps with service. The food blends to create an explosion of delightful (yet not over powerful) burst of flavor in the mouth. We had the egg rolls (delightfully crispy/crunchy on the outside and perfect pork and chewy vermicelli filling on the inside). We also tried the pho (delightful light tasty broth with perfect medium rare thin sliced meat) as well as the delicious Bo bun! Highly recommend if you want an authentic homemade food experience. There are only a handful of tables (maybe 5 or so inside and another 2-3 outside?) but we didn't have any problem snagging one on a Wednesday evening.
