Coming from Los Angeles we have very great Chinese food in the SGV and this place has always been my go to place and will continue to come here and support it since the food is delicious and the staff is very friendly. Great place for some authentic, reasonably-priced Chinese food in Paris, with quick service to boot! We were jetlagged and hungry after a long transatlantic flight arriving in Paris late at night, and were thrilled to find Fresh Noodles still open via Yelp around the corner from our hotel. We got there around 9pm on a weeknight, and about half the tables were full. We were seated quickly, and ordered a soup noodle with pork, salt and pepper chicken, and a sauteed broccoli. All the food came quickly (an aberration in France), and tasted great. Portion size were on the smaller size compared to the US, but it was enough for 2 people. Stumbled upon this spot while staying in the same neighborhood. Noodles are some of the best I've ever had- chewy, customizable, lots of flavor. We also ordered the spring rolls and duck noodle. I don't recommend those dishes or trying other non-noodle dishes and would stick to the handmade fresh noodles! This was such a good find. Very randomly walked by and went in to try the French take on Asian food. This place was devoted to all things noodles! From Chinese to Thai to Vietnamese. Venue: bigger than expected. Plenty of tables for large and small groups. There is even a small greenhouse type area with glass windows so you can watch the passerby's. Semi clean, could be better. Service: quick, friendly, respectful service. It was an all female crew who managed the entire restaurant very well. It was an authentic Asian service. They took orders, cooked, and served. Very good! Food: we got several dishes to try, a vermicelli bowl which was not overly salted. Though it didn't have enough proteins such as egg rolls or pork but the flavors were very good and the vegetables were super fresh as they are suppose to be. We also go the shrimp wonton soup which was delicious! The wontons were very tender. The soup was tasty and again perfect balance of flavors and refreshing. Next we got the spicy chicken bowl which was spicy. Some places advertise spicy but it ends up disappointing but this place truly had a good spicy bowl. It burned sooo good! Not for the weak. Very tasty, chicken cooked very well. We got the handout noodles which was fresh cause I watch them shave the noodles after we ordered. Made it one week into my trip before I was craving Asian food. For Paris, this place wasn't bad. Ordered a beef noodle soup and a bo bun. Wasn't the best that I had ever had but I had no major complaints. The staff were super friendly and the restaurant was clearly filled with regulars. Would go here again the next time I'm in Paris. Some friends recommenced this restaurant. It had decent reviews, so we gave it a try. The prices were very reasonable. The space was inviting and it was nearly full when we arrived on a Sunday evening. I love that they had pictures of almost everything on the menu. This made our ordering decisions much easier! We ordered 2 combination meals: Fried chopped noodles with chicken and spring rolls + Rice noodle soup with chicken and raviolis (more like dumplings). Chili oil on table tasted stale and old. Wine was out of a box. (Industrial size) but hey, it was cheap! Soup dumplings had no soup. Yelp , you let me down. 5 spice beef tasted same as spicy. Bok choy was best thing about soup, beef was really chewy, probably bc it was microwaved. Noodles were fresh so 2 stars. This little noodle shop is tucked away in the international sector near Les Forum des Halles. When you first enter the hole-in-the-wall shop, you notice just one waiter working several tables expertly. In the back, you'll hear the decisive "thwap" of fresh dough being stretched into the most texture-rich, beautiful noodles you've had in quite some time. The smells of pan-seared vegetables, decadently roasted peppers, and roasted meat float through the air. Foodie heaven for sure. Now, as someone of Chinese descent, you know a place is legitimate if they have at least a bilingual menu. Fresh Noodles does, and in fact, the chefs, servers, and all staff (it seems) speak Chinese fluently. My parents actually made the time to eat here twice in our 10-day turnaround trip in Paris. Considering they work in the food industry, this is quite a big deal. I ordered the spicy beef noodle soup which had the perfect amount of pepper oil to beef to noodle ratio. You could probably split one enormous bowl amongst two people but you won't want to considering how tasty the fair is. We also ordered 鱼香茄子, or this really traditional and fabulous eggplant dish treated like marinated fish. Really succulent and well done. There was also a traditional green bean dish simply done in garlic and a magical mixture of sauces that we shared which disappeared with a matter of minutes. Ever since I visited China back in 2016 and had cold noodle dishes, I've searched high and low to find something that would satiate my cravings and this place did not disappoint! They make all their noodles fresh in house and you can taste the difference. I had their cold noodle dish with beef, and it was delicious, the spices were hitting all the right parts of my palate. I've also tried a few of their starters like the fried egg rolls and dumplings all of which were good. The best part is that this place is cheap! I stumbled across Fresh Noodle, too hungry to make it to the restaurant I was aiming for, and I'm really glad I did. My bowl of noodle soup with "the big noodles" (read: thicker, with a heavenly chew factor) and shrimp was exactly what I didn't know I needed. The highlights of course were the homemade noodles and broth. So good, and definitely worth going back to try their other noodle dishes! I added a bit of soy sauce to my soup, because I have a sodium problem, but don't read it as a complaint. The bok choy was a nice touch- really fresh and perfectly cooked. The shrimp were just ok (honestly pretty tasteless/ just ate them for the protein). The servers were nice and accommodating, and this place definitely has good, relatively extended lunch hours for France. Oh my goodness...had the taste for some Chinese food while here in Paris. I looked up the reviews and once I read that these were handmade noodles, I was totally in. The noodles did not disappoint! Handmade noodles are so worth it, I just wish more places back home made them this way. Yum! I had the zhajiangmian noodles, which were spicy. I'd never heard of it before and asked the waiter his recommendation between those and another item. I'm glad I took his suggestion. (Cleaned out the sinuses too, which is a bonus.) I also started with the Chicken potstickers and they just might have been the best I'd ever had.
