Took my money and signed me up for a "coop membership" I think I've had it for almost 2 years now and have never received a thing in the mail or otherwise. The cashiers can't tell me anything when I ask, it's like no one knows what's going on. If it's going to be like this, I want my $50 back, there is no point in having the membership when it does nothing for you-regardless of the fact we spend so much money there. I could have really used that money for something else but I was tricked into thinking it would save me money somehow. BS. read more

If this store could be renamed, it should be 'Above and Beyond Supply'! We were sent here after an impromptu bunny purchase (long story, and who does that?!) Anywho... we initially purchased bare necessities for our newest furry family member and as we were checking out, the awesome staff went above and beyond. Not only did she steer us to a few more must haves at affordable prices, she share tips and tricks from her perosnal experience as a bunny owner, she shared websites for additional supplies, and even confirmed the gender of our baby bunny! She pulled in another staff member to confirm too! Side note, aside from supplies for animals of all sorts - they had baby chicks in! Loved to see they were collecting warm clothes donations and giving back to the community in this way as well. Great store, great people working there, just all around great! read more

I LOVE THIS STORE! I've been a resident here in Marysville for many years. At times the employees are super busy and I have to wait my turn.....it's all good. The employees have always been nice and at times we have short conversations. I've been registered in the loyalty program and if I understand correctly that's all you need. When you're ready to check out the gal at the register asks if you're enroll......easy. No need to trash the store or it's employees. read more

We have been in there 3 times and each time, the cashiers have been almost rude. Like they didn't really want to be there and don't seem to know anything. Usually these kinds of stores are filled with people who like what is being sold. Even hearing the cashiers talk to each other hasn't been pleasant. The last time we went, we thought we would give them one more try. We were looking for a normal gardening item and they didn't have it. Been a member for 25 years supported this business after Coastal came to town ...I bought tomato plants from here for many many years had the best tomatoes ever ..Bought 4 early girls like i've done the last years every year ..All the plants looked sick but bought them anyways well they are almost dead diseased and bad shape ...Talked to employee about what they could do about it like making it right with new plants he said they wont do anything had to tell him are you the manager ...He reluctantly went to get her she came out and said they wouldn't return them because I might've killed them. I told her you make this right or I will quit coming and I will go to coastal and the employee piped up and said go to coastal then and got really rude with me and I said what happened to the customer always being right well she gave me the two plants new And said she would never do it again that I'm the only person that came and told her about this, but if you go and look at them plants, they are all ill looking, and they should take that up with their vendor and make right with their customers. I am thinking twice now about ever going back sorry. read more

Oh my Goodness. I can not believe the exceptional out of the the normal, thoughtful and kind customer service I received @ The Marysville Co op. By all the employees leading to extending the help to ask their manager Rich Newman to try to help me in my delima. This is during the Covid 19 era. I stopped by to look for a wheel barrow that a 72 yr. Old Lady could roll thru gravel. Needed to remove a cement or Basalt bench out of our truck and move it to our back yard. I had just left Pilchuck Rentals and was about to rent a small loader to do this job, just was unsure what the gate dimensions were, so needed to measure before ordering. So suddenly, I thought to check the Co Op on way home. They had a couple of wheel barrows, but the weight of the bench exceeded the max weight limit of the wheel barrow I was looking at. So, now I am talking to Rich, Mgr., he listens to my delima, and was obviously trying to solve my situation. Rich offers to use one of their yard carts, as they didn't have one for sale, (I would have bought one). He then offers to load a hand cart and a yard cart and tells me he will bring it to my house less then 5 mi away in his truck! He does! He looks at this bench, and immediately lifts this heavy rock bench out of our truck and puts it on the garden cart and moves it to the back yard!!!! This was totally overwhelming, that this man not only made a good customer so thankful, but took his own time to help me. Rich Newman certainly went above and beyond his job description!!! I am still Ecstatic that anyone could be so kind, helpful, hopefully he is recognized for his dedication! Well deserved Thank you Marysville Co Op!!!! LP read more

I was looking for a galvanized trough for my tomatoes so a friend recommended this co-op, and I've been a regular eversince. They have everything from farming to animal feeds to gardening to hutches and locally sourced products. I come here to pick up my dog food and bunny supplies - their freeze dried dog food is cheaper than Chewy. I always find something else to purchase whenever I come in. I also come here for plants in the spring and summer and I bought 2 fruit trees last fall at 50% off! They recently added to their inventory (maybe due to competition from Coastal Farm and Ranch?) like clothing and accessories. If you haven't been to this co-op, it's worth checking out! read more

Went to the store today and have never been treated so rude....no employees were wearing gloves. Asked if the pen for debit was clean and no response from the girl checking out. So I used my all organic alcohol spray on the pen you sign with and my hand. The checker that was not 6 feet away and not wearing a mask started coughing on us and saying she is allergic to everything and I should not spray the alcohol spray. I apologized and assured her that it is all natural and went outside and put my plants in the car. My friend and I talked outside for about ten minutes when he needed to use the bathroom. He came out a while later and I was saying goodbye, when a manager came up within 2 feet of us, no mask, and started going off about someone spraying all hi electrical equipment.......not true. I asked what the point of this interrogation and why did he need to start lecturing me 20 minutes after it had happened and in such an unprofessional manner. He just kept saying that is employee told him that I had sprayed the key pad.....Not True!! I sprayed the plastic pen so I didn't have to touch the keyboard!!! I think we know who is lying now.....so I tried talking to the next higher level of manager and he didn't have a mask on either. I have been going to this co-op for years and have not experienced this level of indignation. I will not be coming back.......I had recommended this store to my friend, which is why he was there today and he agreed, he will not be coming back and was shocked at the humiliating actions of your immediate manager and the employee that was not telling the truth. No employees were wearing face masks or practicing social distancing. Your manager also said they wipe everything down after each customer......lies, waited to watch 5 customers go through and no one wiped off the debit pen. read more

Went there to pick up a bunny! She's sweet and loving and they were all so very helpful. I've never been to a co op so i was pretty nervous going in but I left feeling very welcomed and satisfied with my experience. I also left having got some really great deals. Co-Op Supply is a great place to find things that a normal hardware store or a construction warehouse, like Home Depot, just wouldn't carry. If it can be used on a farm, ranch, or even just a big back yard, they probably have it. They carry everything from saddle soap to electric fence chargers, to nuts and bolts, to wood pellets and animal feed. Their prices are sometime not the greatest, but if your time is worth anything, you'll find what you need much faster than in the mega-stores. Their staff is also very helpful, not to mention much more available than in the big stores. I guess my only real complaint is that they are not open on Sundays. I could give them a lot more business if they were. read more

I have been in to the co-op plenty of times. They have always been friendly. At the Co-op if you want to be left alone and shop on your own they will let you be. If you need help they will stay with you as long as needed. I am not a member of the Co-op just a satisfied shopper. I buy products for my home in the city limits and my farm in the county. The nursery is smaller but they have a great selection and the gardening people are very knowledgeable. This place is awesome - they know their stuff from gardening to tiny yellow chicks in the spring to animal care (house pets to horses) with pet medications that cost a mint at the vet. They're always friendly and helpful and if they don't know the answer they look it up online and don't act like you are taking up too much time. The BEST read more

I use the Marysville Co-op for all of my horse and yard needs. I have NEVER had a problem with any employee there and they have all been knowledgeable and friendly every time I've went in. Unlike the person from Lake Stevens I find that the gentle man that he referred to as an old man has been quite helpful to me. Odd if you had such a bad experience you didn't take names, that's usually what most people would have done. If you don't like it, don't go back. I do find the prices slightly above what most feed stores are for my hay and such but it's the friendly faces and the great customer service I get there that makes me go back. read more
