The employee didn't even acknowledge that I was there during this entire time, no hello, or I will be with you as soon as possible or anything. There were four customers in front of me and I waited 45 minutes. When it was my turn he took two phone calls and in the meantime another customer came in. After the phone calls he said to the customer that just walked in I'll take care of you real quick here. That customer brought in 7-8 locks not sure what they were having done but I walked out after waiting this long and he took another customer in front of me and never once said anything to me. Very poor customer service, I will be finding another locksmith to take care of my many locks.
